I’m normally not one to leave a review, and normally when I come to this side to get Arby’s I have a great experience! Yet today there was a different girl working the window. I worked in fast food so I don’t expect some exceptional over the top service. I understand it gets busy, I wasn’t even upset about the line that wrapped around the building. Yet the red head with black glasses I believe, that was working the window was exceptionally rude. She wouldn’t open the window to talk to me or tell me my total. She slid it open enough to rip my card out of my hand along with my coupon. Normally I get the coupon back, but she made it a point to throw it behind the register. Which Was fine I ignored. After handing our food out I nicely asked for some sauce and my receipt. She clearly made it known it aggravated her and handed it not saying a word but looking annoyed I would even ask. I hope she was just having a bad day and not always like that. I was also hoping there was somewhere else I could leave a review like how Taco Bell does so it wasn’t like I’m trying to slander her on a public page. Yet there was no general respect or halfassed customer service. Like I said I really hope it was just a bad day and no one else is having to deal with that.
I suppose this Arby's is owned by an environmentally-minded franchiser because they aren't giving out straws or napkins. Or maybe because I ordered a water and didn't order fries that it was decided I didn't deserve those things in my little brown bag? Not the worst thing to ever happen to me and not even a big deal at all. But screw me, I guess. Hard to drive and sip water out of this ridiculous cup without a straw. And God only knows who put their grubby paws all over the rim of it while putting a lid on on it before handing it to me. Maybe they are just trying to give me some germs so my immune system can bulk up? That's actually some good lookin' out! That tough love, dont be an enabler! And my shirt works great as a napkin. Good thing I haven't eaten my Tide pods yet, I'll need them for laundry later on. You know what, I'm actually getting on board with this. NO MORE STRAWS AND NO MORE NAPKINS! GO GREEN!!! Lead the way north Marion Arby's!
The Lady was rude. She asked what the order was really nasty. - didn't even say hi and slamed the window more the one time. Then brought my husband the wrong shake AFTER she asked what he was getting. She got mad at him. Listen I know that Job is hard but there is no reason to act like that.

If I knew where to register a complaint I absolutely would. We went into this RV store dozens of times and they have taken our military discount. Now they are stating they can only take military discount on one full meal not with the family not with anything else just one full meal. That is not what it has been in the past. When we told them That the rest of the stores took our military discount she came back with a Smart reply saying we are not like the rest.

Shelly and the crew are the best! Our order was exactly as requested, not to mention fresh and fast. This is the only Arby's we've been to where the staff is so courteous and the restaurant clean. Great job!
POOR SERVICE! 10 minutes at the drive through and didn't move which is understandable but there were only 3 cars in line. This isn't the first issue I've had with this location and time. I try to be a reasonable customer but when does reasonable stop and simple service begin. Hey I simply can go somewhere else and I did.
Good food. Fairly fast and friendly.
