I ate at Wings etc and the service was fast and the manager Erica was extremely nice and the food was amazing. i will definitely be back for more boneless wings!!
The wraps are absolutely amazing. The wing sauce is so unique and wow their wings and their boneless wings are way bigger here then bdubs. I love that I can get mine dry and as many sauces as I want. The lunch specials are amazing as well my 10th one was free!!!!
Perfect place to watch a sporting event, pub fare and wide selection of beers. Perfect viewing with multiple televisions. Waitress was super cute, warm, and wonderful/professional server. No drama here, clean and comfortable. Highly recommended for a day/evening to hang out with old friends, almost like you are in your own living room watching the action. Plenty of space, that you are not crowded upon by the next table. In a strip mall, where you can get ice cream, pizza, and smokes. If so inclined, there is tanning and a gym too! I will be back. Keep the waitress for sure, give her a raise! She was wonderful and loved her hair! Pull tabs are here, and a family dining area as well.
First time coming here. They were busy. The food came out hot the manager (female) was bringing food out and helping clean tables. She asked how are experience was. We said great she asked us to to share our experience. We will be back. Need more bar tables and some things updated but overall great time. Our bartender with the curly hair was amazing as well made my wifes drinks perfectly. We had a big table, no issues with our checks.
Saturday night and the place was busy but not packed. We were stopping for a quick snack before heading home. We waited just a bit too long before our arrival was recognized and we were seated. The waitress was overworked but took our order promptly and was attentive throughout. We both ordered bone in wings with our choice of sauces. My wife received bone out and I received bone in. Decided not to send hers back. The wings were delicious and the sauces were spot on. Slightly less than perfect but overall we left satisfied and without complaint.
I just left Wings Etc. Lafayette location and I’m beyond disappointed. The biggest issue was the ashes in our drinks!!! We had already finished drinks and when the refill came I realized there were ashes caked on the edge of the cup and the emptied drinks had ashes in the bottom. The manager was apologetic but the best she could do was take 50% off my bill and a certificate for next time. As I just drank what I’m assuming were someone’s cigarette ashes I think there was a lot more she could have done. When the other cups were checked in the back they all had ashes in them. For a non smoking establishment I’m confused why there were ashes to begin with??? The food was okay but not great. The chicken in my Buffalo chicken wrap was very overdone so it was hard. My fiancé got wings and they weren’t saucy and the chicken was overcooked.

The new manager is very nice! She helped clean off our table and asked how our experience was. Very friendly and up beat. She was going above and beyond. It's rare to have a manager do the things she did. I don't even think I've seen a manager at a restaurant unless it was for a negative reason. I highly recommend this location
Well first off the Manager Erica was very helpful she was by our table several times checking on the status of our order and delivering some decent conversation. The food was as expected it’s wings!! I always enjoy the traditional Caribbean jerk rub reminds me so much of the mothers somewhat not all the way but they definitely did a decent job. Can’t wait for my next visit
Great service! Found out they were short because of a recent snow storm but you never would have guessed! Quick friendly service, great food, and a relaxing atmosphere! I can't remember what the burger is called but you definitely want the one that has the pulled pork on it! Yummy! 10/10 will be back!
