We were in drive through for a long time. Other than that our food was correct and good. The lady was friendly at the window. She accidentally gave me the wrong drink but apologized about it. I was not mad. She was smiling. All was good! I decided to try their chicken sandwiches and they are just not my thing. I'll stick with the regular sliders.
I always thought I hated white castle, since I tried it about 17 years ago, and it made me sick, and just has never really been appealing to me. But my friend insisted we stop there, on our way home, so I decided to give it a shot. My daughter was as skeptical as me, but we were starving. To my surprise, it was pretty decent! We had the chicken rings, and they were delicious, some of them needed to be cooked a little longer, to get a little crisper and not so soggy, but the fries were decent, and the mozzarella sticks were amazing! Can't beat the prices either!
I love this white castle!! Usually pretty friendly staff, fast and good food. Most of the time the food is good, every once in a while it might be a little cold but still recommend it!!
Ordered a clutch with cheese told it was a 15 min wait....the wait no big deal. Don't mind for fresh food but there was no cheese on the burgers. Gotta do better there's only 1 white castle in Lafayette

Pretty good aside from I didn't want any but my brother made me take a bite. His review is reflected here I guess because he seemed a little disappointed his bun wasn't toasted
The cashier had no idea what she was doing said that our card got declined when in all actuality she just walked away after taking our order. Our fries was cold and the other associates was not sociable or even customer friendly. Overall a very bad experience.
Went here on Easter on my way back to NWI, and I the drive thru I had the best customer service. The lady at the window was so personable. I didn't catch her name but she told me about her son coming into town and she made me laugh. I needed that on that day!
So I go and spend $19 on chicken rings and I asked them 2 please give us extra sauce I live a little ways away so I don't want to drive to go back the guy was a little short with me I didn't understand it and they gave us exactly 4 sauces 1 each for 9 piece each I just really wish that people would Understand what working in services all about
Took 30 minutes to get my order and that was setting at the window. employees left me setting and did not attempt to let me know what was going on until I honked horn several times. Employee finally came to window and said it would be right out 15 min later I got my order,very rude employee
