I just moved to Lafayette a few months ago, this is by far the best Wendy's in town, they have always gotten my order correct, and are fast and courteous.
Food was delicious as always. The drive-thru was a little stressful but we got what we ordered and it tasted great.
Was actually surprised with how clean the store was. Food was fast and was not sloppy.
Staff is always 100% friendly wearing a smile. I will only go to this wendy’s, they never get my order wrong, food is always presentable and good every time I get it. I work in the food industry and they serve me how I would want to be served. Great job to everyone.
Fast service and very kind staff a little on the filthy side and the food was not the best but overall a okay experience!
Wendys is always great. Can't beat it for quick fast food that is actually good.
Horrible customer service. Ever since the pandemic hit no one knows how to maintain a smile and treat customers with respect. I had ordered a vanilla frosty on doordash 3 times this week because I had craved one. Every time they gave me chocolate. I called and asked them why they kept doing that and they told me they were out of vanilla. I asked them why they couldn't take it off doordash like McDonald's does when they're out of something and the manager told me to order from somewhere else then. I am allergic to chocolate and they had no empathy.
Good customer service and they notice a child in my car and they gave him an a toy with his meal that made him happy.
Average Wendy's. Nobody went out of their way to be extra friendly or make recommendations. Food was good. I liked their Sriracha Ranch dip though.
Wonderful service. That's so hard to find nowadays in fast food. They cooked my fish fresh for me. Thanks guys!!!
