This place is a hot mess. It has been for years. I thought I would give it a chance and I regreted it. The indiana health department need to give them a thorough visit. I ordered delivery last night and received a party pack of 12 refrigerated and pre-made tacos. I mean cold to the touch. I was shocked. this place should just close down. They have a responsibility in the food industry to serve food safety. What, are the employees not trained correctly? Maybe there should be a servesafe requirement for the employees. This was horrible and lazy service. I wish I could choose negative stars to rate this place.
Why is the dinning room closed at 5 pm. Makes zero sense. This is not covid anymore it’s lazy workers. Bunch of bull
They have 5 kiosks to order at now and the employees do not want to interact with you. Maybe they've been told not to? It's not a good experience when you want to customize your order or just get a cup of water with your meal, which isn't an option on the kiosk.
They can't even get simple orders right 75% of the time. I've ordered from this one countless times hoping they could get something right but almost every time I have to return my order. It should be done right the first time.
The first time I went through the drive through,.i literally waited 46. Minutes.... For. My order to be wrong!!! I called and spoke to Janica.. the manager... Who informed me that if i just came back through, that she would replace my entire order.... Once I got in the drive thru, inwas called a liar by a black man with dreads and pretty much attacked by all three ppl working the drive thru June 28'at 940 pm. .... Saying we don't deserve our messed up order to be fixed
This is the worst taco bell that I've ever visited we waited over 40 mins for our mobile order while workers are just standing around?! See pictures I have attached of them because that is exactly what you'll be seeing for that long. The vehicle in front of you and the workers standing there. I feel bad for the person(s) working in the back because the two up front could have jumped in to help.I was surprised because other reviewers said that the line can get long but they move it quickly but that isn't the truth in my case. I will NEVER go to this Taco Bell again.
They didn't have enough staff to run messes up my order completely even after waiting 45 min in line to get it you'd figure it would be correct but now I would say go to any other taco bell besides the one on 26 in Lafayette Indiana
Normally have decent experiences at this location but the past few times they've gotten my order wrong, and today I was missing half of my order after waiting an HOUR in line, and the other half was cold and to top it off the soda had 0 ice and had little to no flavor syrup. Its a 50/50 for quality
They always get our order wrong but are always kind and quick at fixing it. Otherwise it's a great place. It's kept clean which is always nice.
Food was good as always, but the service sucked. The last SEVERAL times I've been in there I've waited for at least 15 min. to be asked what I wanted. The worst was 50 min for a Mobile order. Today is was around 18 min. I'm to the point where I may not go back.
