Absolute horrid order accuracy as the last 3x now they have not gotten our order right. The one thing they did get right were the potatoes however they were old, burnt tasting, and some were harder than rocks. This locations just continues to go downhill ? its super frustrating!!
Worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. They messed up yet another one of my orders. I ordered 2 of the same combos which was the cheddar chalupa deluxe boxes and I ordered the steak one. Got home and it had no cheese and it was chicken not steak. I went back to the store and the girl at the front counter said that is what I ordered. She then argued with me about the order after I told her a couple times I do not like chicken so why would I order chicken? I only order steak. Won’t do anything about it. Save your money and don’t waste your time or gas or money to go here, if you want to go to Taco Bell, go to the one on 26th (south) street. A lot better, a lot cleaner and better service. I could run this restaurant a lot better than they can.
Such amazing staff whenever I stop by, which is pretty often. They are VERY understaffed unfortunately, but they are always putting out their best to meet demand. Never met kinder people from a fast food place :)
I stopped coming here for dinner because the food was always cold or made wrong BUT if you want the best breakfast you ever had then come here I had the breakfast sausage crunch wrap ? the best it was hot and fresh the store was clean and the staff was friendly and nice. If you want best service and hot food then come here in the morning. I'm hard to please and they hit a grandslam with this one I definitely will be coming back for breakfast soon
If there is one thing this location has, it's consistency, but not in a positive way. They're consistently putting out incorrect orders every time I come through. Each time I return I have a slight hope it will be different but it never is. I haven't had a correct order from that location in at least the last 10 visits. Most of the time they just forget items, there have been times I've got items I didn't even order. It seems to always just be in a state of chaos.
Worst Taco Bell in town. The employees behind the counter were eating and drinking at the register, running outside to talk to friends. The dine-in area was a mess. Rather than clean-up or help out between customers they would stand around talking eating and drinking. Health department needs to check this place out latter in the day. Do a surprise inspection.
This location is always slammed but always tastes amazing. Well worth the wait. Same girl is always on headset when I come through and her voice and attitude are so welcoming and professional. I absolutely love the nacho fries, chicken quesadilla with extra sauce, and also beef chalupa add nacho cheese! Their portion sizes seem to be perfect as opposed to other taco bells where it's a sliver of meat.
Had to order through door dash,wait in parking lot for delivery. Employee said that they aren't allowed a cash drawer after 11pm so you must pay online or through a delivery app. I won't be back. I guess the extra money you have to pay for COLD food helps pay the extra labor cost. Terrible, terrible, terrible.
One of if not the worst possible experience, the drive through didn't even know the menu, asked for our usual finally paid and got the bill twice as high as expected, put in the wrong food, still waiting for back pay..... At least 5 people standing in the drive thru window on their phones, had to HONK to get their attention and then proceeds to say "you honking at me?" Service time over 15 minutes food not even labeled as to what's what. Still didn't get the right food.??
Sitting in drive-thru currently. When we first pulled up to the window the cashier asked if we had paid for our order yet. My daughter says no. Then the cashier is talking to a coworker and saying that she doesn't hand out free food to any of these moth f.... and I don't sugar coat anything. I was like dang lady. I'm sorry if you had a bad day but that's no way to talk about your customers. Won't be coming back to this location on teal road
