Im from the old days the 80s and 90s I miss the old subway I walk in and instantly I knew I made a mistake they changed everything the food the recipes the sandwiches it just wasn't the same the sandwich I got was ok it was hot but it wasn't the same change isn't always for the better I remember back in the day subway was only 5$ now it's 12$ for a sandwich never again I don't know what the CEO are thinking I get inflation but geez I can get a Dave's triple for 8$ and be full for the rest of the day as just an example I already know in few short hours I'll be hungry again from subway. The service was ok the teen didn't know what she was doing but that's normal it's summer time teens working and not knowing what there doing.i miss the old days and wish things never changed but thats life sadly.
Have not been to this location in over a year and decided to go a few days ago...big mistake! I had to repeat my order 5 times because the person was all over the place reading it back wrong. Get home 5 minutes later and realized my toasted sandwich was not toasted. Called spoke to a male manager and assured me my name was on the board for replacement. I go yesterday and they are arguing with me that I'm not on the board and refused to replace as stated. I was also charged more than advertised on their menu. Poor management and rude staff!
Not sure why everytime I'm here my sandwhich gets messed up. Let alone 4 employees on staff and im still standing and waiting with one ahead of me. Let alone. Whats the explanation for no coupons excepted here with some make shift signs posted? So I guess what the point of my wait on top of never able to utilize the coupons given to me? Do I gotta drive 40 minutes to the next location out of town? Do better...
What kind of a subway doesn’t accept coupons? ? like don’t send them to my mailbox if you can’t accept them.
This subway needs work seems very outdated and deff needs to pay more too have employee's thr manager was by herself all day lost i went and she looked ready to quit ! Foods good but 1 person shouldnt be working lunch rush in our small town herself.
I go to this subway relatively often, and usually it's quick, but today was ridiculous. The only other people ahead of me had 2 sandwiches, but the guy making them appeared to just want to spend all his time chatting with them instead of making their food. It took him over 20 MINUTES to make TWO sandwiches. That's completely ridiculous and unacceptable. I should have just walked out of the store
This subway is personally one of my favorites in time. The workers are friendly and alway know how to make my sandwich the best it can be. The meat is perfection! Each employee gives it that exquisite “chefs kiss” with that glorious bread that is perfect EVERY time. They also are great at recommending new options to try on the sandwich, like the new Supreme meat sub. (Tastes great on artisan flatbread, toasted BTDubs) The place is always as clean as they can make it. Please note that the workers are really busy with both the drive through, online orders, and the people walking in. Also, sandwiches are made AS YOU ARE IN DRIVE-THRU, which is why it takes a while, so please don’t stress out the workers anymore by naming everything as a list. Their are only about 3-4 people working a shift so it gets busy fast.Finally, coupons are hard. The workers don’t know if it’s in the system still or not due to the myriad of coupons sent out. Also, they keep the coupons, so don’t ask for them back because you cannot reuse them. They still need a profit.Anyways, this subway is the best and I never find anything wrong with it.
Had the freshest, best Italian herb and cheese bread for my sammich here. Poor "sandwich artist" was by herself trying to expedite orders from counter and drive-thru. She did fine by me.
So I’ve never really had a bad experience with Subway, but I asked for deluxe meat and it looks like I barely got even a full scoop. And I’m paying for all that money for extra meat I expect extra meat. Other than that the staff was really nice and the sandwich was very nicely made. The staff just needs training on portioning. As being a former employee, I know how the sandwiches are supposed to be made.
Subway is usually always good. We went about 3 days ago and it was no exception. Fresh bread, fresh ingredients, nice toasted sandwich. What's not to like? Staff is usually friendly. They were this day also, except the guy helping us at the register kinda bolted when the drive-thru went off right in the middle of our transaction. The other gal came over and finished up with us but it was kind of abrupt. One more person on staff would have prevented that. I know.....I know.....Staffing is tough. It wasn't a big deal. Overall Subway in general and this one in particular are always good.
