Had a valid coupon, but store refused to honor. Clerk stated the franchise owner for all stores in Lafayette no longer accepting any coupons even though coupon flyer expiration is not until 8/20/22. Of course, no accommodation for misleading advertising. Blames corporate...a classic bait and switch tactic. Time to find a new deli.
New menu pretty good but free 6" sandwiches were not free on July 12 free sandwich day ☹️
They send out coupons in the mail and do not honor them. Will not be back. I'll go to jimmy John's from now on. Bad way to run a business
The employee was friendly, and the sandwiches were made well, but it took absolutely forever to go through the process.
This subway rocks everything always looks fresh and customer service is great.
Server was rude and acted like I was inconvenience to help. I was the only person there and only had two simple sandwiches.
