I received Subway coupons in the mail a few days ago. Upon ordering a sandwich today and presenting a 6" meal coupon (expires August 20) the cashier wouldn't honor claiming corporate mailed out too early and the sale hadn't started yet, even though I showed her that the coupon didn't have a start date. I advised this was a bait & switch, but she refused to offer any accommodation.

Every subway in the Lafayette area has the worst customer service in the entire city. Workers completely ignore you and sometimes even saying good I didn’t want to serve you anyway when you’re leaving after waiting for 10 minutes. Most of the time they won’t even acknowledge you when you walk into the store and stand at the counter.
I ordered veggie smdwich this morning and it was Ridiculous. The bread was old and it was smelling bad too. Had to trash itt. Never coming back
Nice, friendly help, but it took 40 minutes to get a couple of sandwiches.

They had a very young individual working the entire store, drive-through. Front. And online order alone on a Saturday night/evening. The employee did amazing but was understandably overwhelmed. It is absolutely irresponsible, unsafe, Unprofessional, and unethical. He was stuck without enough bread, or help. Store was non stop. Shame on whoever manages this location.

Felt bad for the young girl working in thr by herself. She looked overworked & overwhelmed, but none the less, still great food. Love the ft long chk bacon ranch.
