Today I didn't have to wait long for a delicious burger which to my surprise departs of Indiana that I'm from the number four is a single bacon and this location has the double bacon cheese so that was a very pleasant surprise.
It had been a year since I went back to this establishment. Nothing changed as far as the wait time in line to place your order, still took a long time. The girl was pleasant but the order was messed up again. They don’t communicate well obviously. I asked for no whipped topping (even several times before) they gave me topping, and not even a cherry in place of. I love their burgers and the deal for $5.00 was great. Usually the bun is so dried up it crumbles in your hand. I wish the would change these simple things and I would be glad to patronize them again.
Went to them after the location on sagamore was an awful experience. Here they were so nice, helped me use my coupon that wasn't going through and the food LOOKED and TASTED delicious
Driving up 65 exited to get something to eat and use bathroom. Steak and shake sounded good. Got there between 7 and 8 pm. Drive through was the only option, Indoor dining closed(no bathroom available.)
After sitting in the drive thru line for 10 minutes, they told us they were “delivery only” if you can’t take sit down, drive thru, or pick up orders, you literally just need to close your doors.
Ordered shakes. After 15 minutes of waiting in drive thru line. We get shakes. One of shakes head bottom pushed out. So shake leaks all over car, and me before I can get it out of car.

Went to restaurant near Meier store. First time. Food very good as expected. Manager said his store and other store on. US52 getting remodeled and lobbies in both should be open at that time. US52 store totally closed until remodel is finished.
A male manager was highly unprofessional and incredibly rude, was cussing a customer and his child out over cheese on a burger. Made me highly uncomfortable, will not be returning any time soon.
We couldn't go in because the dinning room was closed due to no employees. We received the worst customer service ever thru the speaker and at the window.Waited in line 25 minutes. We get up there and they got our order wrong and refused to make it right. We tried to get what we ordered and the manager slammed the window in my husband's face 3 times. We've never seen such rude people. She told us to get out of her drive thru or she would call the police. All we wanted was what we ordered and some ketchup and crackers. What is this world coming to? We will never go there again.
