Good food, never get napkins though!! Service is pretty good most of the time. Irritates me a lot about the napkins, so make sure you ask for them!!
Great customer service! Matthew gives great customer service and makes a great No. 5! I know when I come through his drivethru he's gonna make me some great food, even when there's no one else working in there but him. Thank you Matthew!
The location on sagamore just doesn't want to take orders I guess, I haven't been able to order anything each time I've shown up over the past year "oh we're not taking orders right now, oh we're delivery order only" or they don't answer at the mic. Even went through the whole process of ordering online and went to pick it up curbside when the app finally declined my order there. Go to the one by Meijer. The line is long because everyone who had a bad experience at sagamore goes to the other location, but actually being able to order food let alone it tasting good, is great
Staff not friendly. Their fries are hard and cold. Drive thru guy dont even know how to treat customers. I used to love this place but not anymore!.
Waited in through and no one was ahead of me. I asked for “Cajun seasoned on the fries.,” I was told, “We don’t have the Cajun fries anymore.” When I had Cajun fries from the same location 2 days ago.” Mind you, months back I say told Steak n Shake stop putting the seasoning on the fries.,” So, was under the impression they started putting seasoning back on again. I told them no ketchup w/ mayo & mustard. They slapped all 3 together and it is a lot on the burger. So much the bread is tearing apart. I don’t have time to go back, get my money back, because I’m at work now. I will be going to FiveGuys for now on.
The worst place ever they close early don't close the website like everyone else in the world dose and when I went to the other location they said they couldn't give me my order nor refund me nor would they give me a manager's number or their corporate number. On top of that they were rude and would not answer their phone. So my child and i went hungry because that was the last of our money.
Just spent 35$ at your store for my grandkids and I and we get home , and the fries are ICE cold and the burgers ALL had MOLD !!!! Yes MOLD on them !! I am a transplant patient and I cam get very sick!! 15$ an hr. REALLY !!? I will be going back in the a.m. for my $$ BACK ! Disgusting!

Only 2 people working, can't blame them really, but they never answered the drive up, ignored us at the window. Outside appeared as though they were open though. Shame on management for not making sure they were staffed enough on a Saturday!
They were very rude. I had never been their before and even told them that. I was very polite. I also tried asking if their m&ms were hard with the shake and they kept switching the subject like I was bring dirty about it. And I wasn't. Then I tried getting a shake with my order instead of a drink and they told me the drink comes with the meal. Which is understandable but I was replacing my drink with the shake. They still didn't let me and they were being so rude. I never had this many problems with a restaurant before like steak 'n shake. They will never get my service here again now. Culver's saved my life, and they were so much nicer. It's just so weird that every restaurant I have gone to was nice and this restaurant had a problem with everything and took my words in another way as if I was being dirty about it. Wow..
