Service fast, so far very friendly. Coffee always made exactly how I like it.
This Starbucks consistently takes 2-3x the projected amount of time to fill mobile orders when they are completely empty and fully staffed. I can't imagine how long it would take when they're busy. I really hate that this is the closest location to home, because every other Starbucks in town is substantially more prompt and efficient.
I decided to give this particular location a 2nd chance since it’s so close to my parents house but I definitely shouldn’t have. On Mother’s Day it an extra 41 minutes after the posted time to get my coffee and that was after I went to the counter and complained. Today, Father’s Day, I waited another 24 min after the posted time.If you are someone who has a schedule or cares about your time at all, I would suggest you go somewhere else. This location is the possible the slowest Starbucks I’ve been too and they do not respect their customers enough to fix it.I respect/value my time too much to ever come to this store again.

Haven't gotten coffee out lately because I've been working from home but my order is the same every time: Venti caramel latte with an extra shot of espresso. That extra shot is necessary because otherwise, the drink tastes like your drinking sweet, warm milk. This morning, I dropped by and ordered my usual drink and it tasted like sweet, warm milk. I thought that maybe the espresso had settled or something, so I stirred it. The barista offered to make it again because she said she had put in 3 shots. The re-make tasted exactly the same ? I was not going to have it made a third time because I'm not an a*****e. I'll stick to only cold drinks from now on
My favorite Starbucks to go to in Lafayette. They are always so nice! They are a busy location, but they keep up very well.

Walker loves going for the pup cups! So nice of them to give pups this little treat.
I will not be back for a bit. The cashier was rude, didn't want to make my drink and didn't mind complaining the entire time. Beat all she made it wrong and wouldn't fix it so they got my money and I left the drink.
