Delicious mouth watering steak burritos the size of your dong.
Wrong order for take out and when I went back I was told , not her fault. So I got nowhere near what I paid for or wanted.Very rude customer service, was told ticket was signed and not her fault. Kinda was though when you call a person's name. Oh well, plenty other places in town. Check your order before leaving, if you go.
Worse customer service I've ever received. Had a doordash...walked up to register at bar. Not one employee acknowledged me or greeted me. They were kinda busy so I was trying to be understanding and waited patiently, still to be ignored. After about 5 minutes I noticed one employee who appeared to be a manager so asked her about the order to be told it wasn't ready. So stood to side and waited longer. I asked cashier to please check on order for me after waiting about another 10 minutes. Was told one second for her to proceed to talk to a guy at bar. She never checked on the order and continued to ignore me...rude! So asked another lady and finally got the order that was supposed to be delivered about the time I received it. I use to be a cashier, server, all that so I get that places get busy but still acknowledge your customers and greet them, ask may I help you or something. I will not recommend this place to anyoneUpdate: to reply to comment....yes it happened today, right before I posted this and from reading a few other reviews seems others have gotten ignored too. Teach your employees customer hospitality...to greet customers at least. If they are busy, say I'll be right with you. Not just look at you like you're stupid and ignore you but talk to the guys at bar. Js....bad customer service can ruin a business no matter how good the food might be
Decent quality food, although their salsa isn't my personal favorite. Staff have been there a while and do a nice job, but the place is way too chaotic and noisy to enjoy a meal. Never got the queso we ordered either.My suggestion: take out and enjoy.
Excellent food and great service. My family and I have been going here for years. Love their Carne Asada. One of my favorite places to eat.
Amazing food and service. Was super busy and still had good service. The food came pour fast and hot and the salsa was DELICIOUS.
The food here is amazing. It's hands down the best Mexican food I have ever had.
After trying their food it was horrible, no seasoning no taste and no love in the food I had the steak burrito! and I had to go right to the toilet, much better places to attend! And throughly unsatisfied! NEVER AGIAN!!!!!
This place…wow! The location, the atmosphere, the decorations, the service, the food, everything is amazing! I had a steak burrito for lunch and man oh man was I full…yet ready to go back for dinner!
We just do take out and it’s always the tacos. Always amazing met with amazing and fast service. Lunch is a very busy time just to keep in mind.
