Overall just confusing. The food was late. I am still waiting for it to show up and it’s been almost an hour. This pizza better be the best i’ve ever had.
Waited almost an hour and a half ( which is understandable due to lack of workers) but this is the 3rd time I have ordered in the past month and they forgot sauces. No big deal I call and the "manager" Chase answers ...he is so rude!!! He answered the phone rude and then said if I want them, come to the store and get them no drivers! I paid over $5 for delivery already now I need to waist my gas to go there and get the rest of my order?!?! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE CHASE. YOU SHOULD BE DEMOTED! There is a nice way to give bad news and the attitude I got was uncalled for. We will stick with pizza hut✌?
Excellent....exceptional customer service....I was so impressed.....first time...got the Hawaiian pizza ....very close to original I Hawaii...it was very good....wings were so tender and meaty....unlike the place we have here in DaytonThe service though....I had fallen at work and about to have knee surgery..I had a employee come from behind the counter..... took my stuff to the car..then ran around opened the door for me..who does this these days..papa John's employees do..The food was great....hot...fresh...and outstanding service....
It seems like lately whenever we get fast food from any restaurant, the food is poor quality and the order is usually wrong. However we never seem to have any problems with Papa John's.
Pizza was delicious. It's a little chaotic getting your order. Maybe a new system would help. Ijs
Unfortunately, this has been a giant problem of recent. The store seems to open and close whenever they want, despite whatever is shown on the front door or online... Tried to place an order this evening and was told the store arbitrarily closed 1 hour ago, which is almost 3 hours before their official closing time according to their app...
I tried to purchase a pizza but they would only take my order if I was paying a delivery fee despite the fact that I’m sitting outside of their store. I don’t understand how this company plans on staying in business when their customers can’t walk into the store and pick up their own food. I am not paying a delivery driver to open the front door and hand me my pizza when I’m sitting outside of the restaurant
I am a doordasher Had a run in with the owners son at a gas station was very rude to my wife yelled at her in the gas station about a order we didnt deliver... But we haded both orders to the customers so the customer lied to papa John's not us very disrespectful employees !! Simply asked him to apologize to my wife and it was a NO
Best cheesesticks I have had in at least 5 years hands down! This store is vastly different then it used to be and it is so much better! Hats off to management you guys have done a really good job!
The problem with this location is that when you order online or do a pick-up order no matter time of day. It's always 2 hour wait time. So when order a pizza form here. You should make sure to call and ask wait time. 3 out of 4 times ordering online I had to call to cancel order. If you can get pizza form here it's usually pretty good. Service and wait times are really the problems at this location.
