Waited over an hour for one pizza and cinnamon pull aparts and received cold and uncooked pizza and a missing pull apart with very little icing. Super disappointed..
I waited over 25 minutes for my order that was sitting in the window. waited just as long before anyone even acknowledged me. cold food to say the least. manager raising her voice at the other employees. missing orders you name it.
We were very pleased. Our food was delivered quick and was hot. New management has really helped.
Ordered a meat lovers pizza for takeout for the football game. Was ready early. Friendly staff. Pizza tasted very good. Fed me and a friend. Good price.
Got a pizza and they forgot my sauce ,and I called and asked for a manager and it was a manager on the phone and he was very disrespectful and rude and told me I was lying and rushed me off the phone and asked if I wanted a refund for the sauce and hung up on me before I could say anything else. Because he told me he made it himself and I told him I would send a picture he was very rude ..I love Papa John but I will never order from here again...
2.5 hours to wait for delivery is ridiculous. Grub hub would’ve delivered it faster. And then when you call and speak to the manager, she is rude and had an oh well attitude. Total BS
Friendly, always early delivery, great customer service and great food. Ive had one complaint one time in 5 years and order was replaced and refunded. 5/5 I reccomend this place.
Everything was in order when I got there. My order was a big one. There was an issue with our online order and they called to make sure of what we really wanted. Excellent customer service
I was told 10-20 minutes to pick up my order. Now I’m over 40 minutes in and was told they need to remake one of my pizzas. Not a great location. Ended up being an hour total
Papa Johns is better than Domino's Pizza anyway, but not better than Pizza Hut, neither of them. ? And Domino came in and built their store right in front of Papa Johns, as if they were badgering them! Too funny! ? Sorry, it just is that way, my opinion, my review, and I'll cry if I want to! ?Best of Wishes, William
