I would recommend this place had a flat bread pizza delicious ? and Bear claw never had one before !
I'm become somewhat of a Panera aficionado ever since they came out with their coffee subscription and I've been to tens of locations across the U.S.This one might be my favorite. Its always clean, accessible, comfortable, and well stocked with great staff. Always a go-to stop to and from Chicago.-Mahoney
This is a good Panera bread. The store is clean and the staff is helpful and friendly. The service is fast and the atmosphere is cozy. I recommend if you're in the area. Update what here again and this is by far my most favorite Panera bread in Lafayette
I liked my visit. But I forgot to order a pastry for 99 cents. So I went back to the counter and asked to order it. I showed my reciept. She said she could not give me the pastry for 99 cents after the fact. Store policy.
Terrible service, really immature rude staff. Manager was standing at the food pick-up counter, blocking the area by leaning on the counter with elbows laughing & joking with servers. Order missing garlic croutons in soup (part of the reason I love the tomato soup!) Asked server about croutons; manager interrupts & says “no croutons.” Asked if I could get chips instead, manager says “no chips or crackers or croutons.” He made no eye contact; certainly no apology. Stayed at pick-up counter socializing the. entire. time. Won’t go back.
Beautiful dining room - very, very clean! Food service was excellent and staff was very friendly at this location. Also, ladies restroom was IMMACULATE!
Panera's coffee is extremely good and at an excellent price. I gave 3*s because the menu options were poor and my order wasn't fulfilled as asked. I went with a bacon, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich. I had asked for the egg to be cooked all the way through, but it came out to me runny. The atmosphere was nice. It had a nice, cozy fireplace to sit by. I could see myself sitting in there to get some work done. But, I would just stick with the coffee.
Came here for lunch and was told my order would have to be a to go order and they can’t do dine in dishes even though I’m still welcome to eat here. No problem with that at all but the people directly after me in line got their food in actual dishes and a normal portion size. I got my half sandwich and a quarter of a baguette and a cup of soup that was not full.
Do you like dirty places? Then you will love Panera bread. my wife and I paid like $28 for soup and stale bread at the end of the day. It was all right.
A couple weeks ago, my husband ordered me a bowl of chicken noodle soup which was mostly broth with one piece of chicken and two noodles.Today he returned and mentioned the problem to them. We really expected a complimentary replacement bowl but the girl taking orders seemed to care less and did nothing.
