I think we good is ordered online there tends to be a bit less generous and sloppy than ordering in person. I wish I could upload the pic that I took? pretty much 2 large heaping of white rice for $11.

They steal catering orders from drivers. They use an app that sends drivers to deliver. When they get a big order they take it themselves and lwt the drivers sit there wonfering where the order is.

"Mary joy" customer service was terrible. it's not my fault your burning rice for a living. I just came to get my food. "it's the attitude for me". didn't have the respect to wear gloves and no face mask.......just trash

The fried rice was bland... the beef was good what there was of it... and the cream cheese in the thingies was not flavorable... the sodas are too expensive...

Well let's see I placed an order for delivery at 4:30. I received an email confirming the order and telling me the delivery time. Then an half hour later received another email that my order was cancelled, even though they charged my account. This is the third time this is happened. I will never order an order for delivery ever again! And of course, I have to call tomorrow to get my money back since they are getting ready to close in ten minutes and will not answer their phone.

The lo mein was dry, but the orange chicken was very fresh and just spicy enough to enjoy.

It's ok. There food basically taste like sodium. Staff was for the most part fiendishly but didn't get my order right. It was too busy to argue what I asked for. Other than that. I'd go if it was the only place to eat in the mall.

Food was awesome. First girl you went too was very rude telling people too move over make your line straight so we were not blocking where you first walk up too. Where you get your noodle or rice. Now I don't have a problem doing that she was very not asking and demanded and she said it to every customer and me while I stood there if you want straight line then rope it or something that way but to ask a straight line we were in people way walking in the mall. I ask her about the orange chicken if it was hot in taste she shrugged her shoulders. Very very rude. If I wasn't going there for my grandson who was with me I would have walk off. I won't be going back!!! I went there 2/25/2022. At around 3:45 pm. Standing in line I wasn't the only one who felt that way. Very sad how people are not nice anymore. Very sad. You were lucky to have a full crew of workers!! Very disappointed!!

This is hands down the best Panda we've ever eaten at - fresh portions, so consistent.

The service here is usually fairly quick, and online ordering almost always works well. The problem is that in the past 2 years of ordering from this location, the extra instructions on the receipt have never been followed. See below where we requested no silverware and no cookies yet received them anyways, and we requested sweet and sour sauce but did not receive any. It seems like at some point if they aren't going to utilize any extra instructions, why not just remove that option from the ordering platform.
