I went to Orears one morning at 5 AM because I thought that’s when they were open,and I was really hungry for their donuts. There was somebody inside working but the sign said 7 AM is when they opened so they actually let me come in and although they didn’t have any donuts ready they had cupcakes and I got a great deal on them it was much cheaper than Gigi‘s and it tasted really good and they were so nice about letting me in early I love the place!
This is the best place to come when you are in need of any bakery items made from scratch! Cakes cookies donuts cinnamon rolls and more, they’re all here! I cannot explain enough how happy I am with O’Rear’s Pastry Shop and the owner will go above and beyond any expectation to take care of their customers! I order all my cakes for all my occasions from here and they are delicious and decorated perfectly! Thank you for being there for me throughout the years! ?

Glazed donuts to die for, just like when I was a kid. Two year old with us loved the huge dinosaur shaped brightly colored & frosted sugar cookie as well.... At his eye level to pick out ;) Always nice to frequent & support locally owned, non-chain, shops. Highly recommend.

I love O'Rear's. From the time I was a little boy I always bought pastry from them. My job moved me and family to Delaware. Every time I go back to Lafayette, I always go their to buy those delicious fried cinnamon rolls with crunch. I was just their visiting family this past month, June 12th, and yes bought more cinnamon rolls. William Aschenberg
