Service was okay once they were able to seat a large group of 8-10 folks. It wasn't busy at all but it took both hosts to figure out how and where to seat the large group ahead of us before they would even attempt to seat us (party of 2) and another party of 2.Food was not as good as the service, it was as my husband said food.
I truly struggled about leaving a review. For our town I think it’s necessary! My husband and I stopped for a late lunch yesterday. He ordered chop steak with smashed potatoes and a house salad, I ordered balsamic chicken with smashed potatoes and a house salad. We were served over cooked rolls, which the waitress acknowledged and said whenever they had fresh ones she would bring us some. When we got our meal she held mine in front of me and said I’m sorry they are out of the balsamic sauce that was supposed to be over your chicken so I can get you something different if you want. It was the tiniest piece of chicken I think I’ve ever seen, it had tomatoes and it was supposed to be asparagus on top and it was a little cut up pieces of asparagus stems and the most giant serving of smashed potatoes that were brown and crusty. I took one bite and that was it for my meal because it was horrifying I couldn’t even tell what the taste was. My husband‘s chop steak was purple/gray with nasty over salty packaged gravy and he had the same gross potatoes. Both of our salads were wilty. We tipped the waitress and left absolutely an edible.
Great staff, wonderful server and Great food. very quick service and nice atmosphere. Wife had the Carolina chicken and I had the "O"club sandwich...very, very good. draft beer was perfect temperature. would go back again.
I had the Battered Cod fish and chips and their Potato soup. The Potatoes soup had a very nice flavor, but it was basically a cheddar cheese soup. Very little bacon in it and was literally laughing at how little potatoes were actually in the soup, lol. Seriously, it had a few, very small and thin pieces of potatoes in it. My fish and chips were a small handful of fries with 3 battered cod fillets on top. The fish looked good but looks can deceive. The fish itself was good but the batter on the outside of the fish was very bland tasting. And as the waitress was good at keeping our drinks filled, she never took away the empty plates and bowls throughout our whole dinner. We had to stack them up to keep the table reasonably clear. I wasn't mad or anything like that but Can easily say I will never go back there again. The one real positive thing I can say is for a party of seven, the bill was much smaller than I thought it would be!!
First of all let me just say this. Where else can you go and get a better meal for the price. Steak and tenders are absolutely amazing. We had great service from the moment we walked in. Our host was Audrey and she was so kind and friendly. Our server was was very gracious and suggested some new stuff for us to try. The O'Mama app with meatballs was great. The refills were fast. Tina took care of us all the way through. We left with our stomachs full and my wallet still full. A win win for our family. Even the manager Ro came out to ask us and several other folks how things were. This place is becoming my favorite all over again.
We had a wonderful waitress named Tiffany. Very nice meal and great service!
What a great experience we had at Ocharley’s! Makaya was our server, she was so kind!The manager… Misty? I believe that was her name. She was great! Very friendly and helpful. Awesome food as well.
Came in for my favorite meal the Famous Chicken Tender! Sat down at the bar with Cody and he was great. Very knowledgeable and took great care of me. Misty came around to check up on me and I could immediately tell she was passionated about being the manager! Wonderful experience overall!
Good food! Great service! Misty, the manager was very professional and kind. You can tell she really invests a lot of time and effort into her job. We need more people like her around.Our waitress Makaya, was very timely and polite. A great bunch of people they have there!
Service was a 8/10. Waiter was very nice and courteous. Food was a 6/10 I got steak, chicken tenders, fries and broccoli. It came out looking kind of gray and sloppy, the steak was very tough. The restaurant itself looks like it needs a deep clean and a facelift. Felt kind of dirty. Lastly and most importantly the prices of the food here are higher than most places nearby with a similar menu. For the quality of food I feel like prices should be lower, I'd stick with Texas roadhouse or cheddars.
