The pizza and breadsticks were very good, along with the dipping sauces. Our waitress was very sweet and efficient and went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of. Our only complaint was that there were not enough beers on tap for a flight. Overall it was a good experience.
Hands down the best pizza in town. The greatest service from our waitress Isabella. She is awesome. Highly recommend this place.
This place has a major identity crisis. Parking lot was empty at dinner time during the weekend. Only one person sitting at the bar side, dining room empty. As a sports bar 0 stars. As a pizza restaurant 2 stars. We seen quite a few take out orders. The pizza was ok nothing memorable. We did have to ask for plates or maybe we find our own? The plates are cheap and my fork bent in half. We asked for parmigiana cheese and never got that so found some on a dirty table. The cheese had something green in it, guessing mold? There was food and debris all over the dining room floor and the floor was sticky. Server was absent minded. Took 45 minutes to get our pizza, by this time there were 2 other parties at tables besides us. Should be zero stars but the pizza wasn’t awful. Won’t be back. Submitted one picture of one of many messes that stayed on the floor the entire time we were there.
Just recently came in for the first time the other day and it was definitely worth it. My servers name was parker and she was super nice and friendly. She took great care of me and my family and made us feel welcome. Will definitely be returning soon!!
We know that dates us. As youngsters we enjoyed the Noble Romans that was a stand alone restaurant in the Mall parking lot. As kids you could go up to the window and watch them throw pizzas. You had the full view of the kitchen and the goings on there. It is a similar set up with the kitchen being wide open to observe the action. We thought the atmosphere was decent. It was clean and quiet. We would give it four stars, not as we remembered exactly but had that modern flair. Not better but similar. 4 stars for atmosphere. The service was not great. Very slow to respond. Not sure why because it was well staffed. Seemed there was at least one staff member per customer while we were there. Still they were not attentive. Would rate the service on our trip 3 stars. The food was as remembered. We loved the breadsticks and nacho cheese sauce. We also enjoyed having a deep dish Sicilian Works pizza. It was like visiting a long lost friend. 4 stars for our food vote. It was a great value. We had an order of breadsticks and a medium deep dish Sicilian for $20 and change. 5 stars for this cheap eats place. Romantic Appeal was lacking for us. When we were younger this was a date place. Maybe we have aged but for us it was not appealing for a date place. More like a fast food enviornment. 3 stars for RA. The renown has seemed to waiver throughout the years. It seems to have slipped into midranged knowledge of this place. Just another pizza option here. For us it was always Arni's or Noble Romans. Maybe a trip over to Brunos if we wanted to go to campus. We give this place a 3.5 star renown. Overall we would give this place a solid 4 star rating. We still enjoyed us and we still enjoy the deep dish Sicilian pizza.
Glad that they have Thieme and Wagner on tap! Love the bread sticks and the deep dish pizza. My son is home on leave from the Navy and this was on his top list to go while home.
While the food was good, the service was PATHETIC. I arrived and placed my ToGo order with the young lady, told about 15-20 minuets. So i took a seat and waited....there were only about 15 people there and most of them were in 1 party that was already receiving their food. 45 minuets later, and i am still waiting, but only another 4 people have come in to place an order. Turns out that someone finished my order and moved it to the proper location but NOBODY told the ToGo people about it....and She didn't bother to even check on it while i waited....she just fooled around with a co-worker. The place was a mess, with 6 tables sat, covered with trash and liquid on the floor, but NOBODY even bothered cleaning up the mess. VERY disappointing, and i can't even give it 1 star today. 2PM on Sunday afternoon.
Soo..let’s start with a compliment. On a good day, this is the best pizza in town. On a bad day, this pizza is like eating a dry, tomato flavored sponge, with few toppings. Today was the latter. This spot has a serious issue with consistency. I have never experienced a pizza place with such a quality control issue. It’s like night and day. After 30 days of clean eating, no alcohol, no dessert, and plenty of gym time, I was ready for my “cheat day.” Huge let down.
Was very happy to get excellent pizza, and some surprisingly great pizza sliders. Got a flight of beers, and it was great to have a small selection of beers to drink through while eating. The breadsticks were light and just the right crisp. The cheese sauce is as good as it gets anywhere. And of course the pizza sauce is so iconic for Noble Roman's, and you will be happy with every bit. Server was very nice and everything came out quickly. Though they seemed short staffed, everyone was working very quickly and it made the experience both good and memorable.
Service was nonexistent. I saw one family walkout after several minutes of waiting. My service was slow also. (It was 3pm and volume was light.) Table was dirty as was the floor. My overall impression was that the staff didn’t care. Food was okay.
