Pretty grossed out when I went in there 2 weeks ago. Sat in a seat with a great view of the kitchen to see a working with long hair all up in his face, no hairnet or hat. I’ve worked food before and anyone in their right mind knows with hair that long it should be under a hat, hairnet or tied up. Very dissatisfied with my visit

Had the thin deluxe I had it in Delphi branch I was delicious. Came here and had it and it was not good and over priced. Don't know about the deep dish
If I could post less than 1 star I would. Very disappointed with my experience tonight. Ordered 2 large pizzas for delivery at 6:20pm. Estimated time said it would be 7:20pm when delivered. It is now 7:43pm so I called. The manager said that it would still be another 20min or more before my food arrived and sounded annoyed that I was even calling about the order I paid for and was expecting 20mins earlier. If your stores are that backed up an email/text/call should be sent so people can ask for a refund/cancel their order or offer to just pick it up themselves. Highly disappointed that I am going on almost 2hrs and won't have the food I paid for for my family to eat dinner without rushing my kids to eat then bed. Just last week the same scenario and the food was here before delivery time. The place is expensive compared to every other pizza place but at least the service was fine and people were nice.. if there service is bad and people are rude I might as well go for the cheaper option.. My likelihood of dining with you and that rude service is doubtful at best.
We didn't even get to eat after waiting over 45 minutes paid for our drinks and we left kids were very upset

For my daughter's birthday I ordered online at 430 in the afternoon and we did not get it til 8pm. Everytime we called they had an excuse. They said they would credit my account and the next . time I went in asked for the manager and no notes were ever made
