Got my order right not too bad of a place good service
Used drive-thru. They read order back correctly, asked if I would like a receipt. Customer service was very good. And it's good/bad I have to say this but my order was exactly right and has been for last few visits. That's such a wonderful thing.
Y’all need to educate yourselves on the proper use of the drive through. It is not two lanes. It is one lane that separates right before the speakers. Creating two incorrect lanes blocks traffic and blocks people from backing out. Just follow the painted lines on the ground!!!!!
To one of the mangers that work at this locate to talk to a woman the way you did when she was asking is how much longer it would be that she had been waiting 30 minutes for and you snap on her in front of children your a classy man then refuse to give me corporates number telling me you don’t have to don’t worry a fellow McDonald’s gave it to me and I will be calling corporate oh and I spoke to the officer that you called on me ?? he said I called 3 times threatening you agreed I should also call corporate for they way you acted he was a very nice person how you got into a management position blows my mind if you talk to customers they you have with me and that lady I would hate to see how you treat your employees and I really hope that corporate handles this situation correctly thanks for all you help
I went to McDonald's this morning. I'm very unhappy and unpleasant with how cheap and rude they choose to be. First off it's not your food nor is it your money so why be PETTY. I asked for the B1G1 Mc.Griddles. One of my daughters does not eat eggs. So the lady taking our ORDER decided to change one of them to a Sauasage Mc.Griddle Sub bacon and add cheese. I told her that's INCORRECT your making me pay more money. So she stated it's the same thing, asked her to change it back and my price went down by 75cents. Granted it's not much but it's my money and McDonald's it doesn't come out of your check or get added if you save money. So of course I get to the WINDOW and there was someone else. The one who took my order walked off. She returned and rolled her eyes. I recieved my order only to see the TAG says no egg fold but of course there's a whole egg on it. This is disturbing and rude. If you don't like your JOB get a NEW one.
It's McDonald's so you probably know about the food already. Some is great, some not so great. I'm talking about the taste etc, you already know it's very bad for you. The 231 south location is closest to me and they're always friendly and long lines move quickly.
This location closes the lobby fairly consistently at 6pm… even on a busy Saturday, which I find strange. The drive through is slow and you watch numerous cars park, get the family out of the car, walk to the door, read the sign, then get everyone loaded back in and either get in the long drive though lanes or go across the street
Food was great and was the correct thing I had ordered. The drive thru moved fast. Personally I had a good experience.
I used the McDonald's app. My wait upon arrival was very short. Employee was very considerate, telling me to be careful because the fries were very hot fresh out of the fryer.
Asked for TWO sauces and the big African American woman, I assume the manager, screams at me from behind the man handing me my food that I'll have to pay to have 1 extra sauce. I say, that's fine, I still want the extra sauce, and hand the man at the window my card. They take it, and a minute later the manager opens the window and starts yelling angrily saying how I need to tell them ahead of time if I want 1 extra sauce, how I'm wasting her time and she's not gonna let this happen again. Poor guy at the window looked as confused as I was. Never before have I had a problem asking for 2 sauces at a McDonald's, let alone berated by the manager when I'm just trying to give them my money. She had a horrible attitude. In the future, I'll just go the extra distance for the McDonald's on Veterans Memorial Pkwy, clearly they don't want my business here.
