It was after 11pm and there were 3 of ordering on one ticket. All three of us order our quarter pounders with special directions on what we wanted on our sandwiches. They got the entire order correct as well as in a timely manner. The food was as fresh as fast food gets
I have had very bad experiences with both McDonald's located on US 52 (Sagamore Pkwy). As shown in the photo. I ordered a Carmel frappe extra Carmel. This was what I got after my complaining about the first one being made incorrectly. The manager filled the cup about a quarter way with coffee then added whip cream in the center as a filler adding more coffee on top. When I complained they gave me a regular cup and took away some of the ingredients again making it less for what I paid. BS... Why can't they just make it the way the customer asked??? Bad customer service...

We have literally been waiting in the drive through for over a half an hour at this point. This is the most ridiculous service I have ever encountered. Truly I don’t understand how management is even okay with this.They won’t pull people up for large orders, so we have been sitting in the same spot in line for 10 minutes. Don’t waste your time here.
App allows you to pick up in store, but they still have the lobby locked. So, I’m standing in the drive thru line out in 20 degree weather waiting for my food.
What the heck is wrong with you mcdonalds? My bun on my big Mac is like a brick. And it's cold. Just when I thought mcdonalds couldn't get any worse SURPRISE!!!!
Horrible. The lady got my order wrong at the drive thru then went to the first window had the wrong order but just said ok. Got to the second window and they got my order wrong again so we had to pull up to the 3rd window. When we got the food it was wrong as well.

Waited in line for 40 minutes, but everything was fresh and fantastic! Guy that took my order and money must have been new and terrified. He was trembling. I also tried a sausage biscuit for the first time......Hello! So good! It tasted like the biscuit just came out of the oven!
