Waited in drive thru for about 20 min. But it is late and it was packed. Our food came out nice and hot. Fries were great
No one was at the cash register to take our order, so we ordered at the kiosk. The kiosk said to take a tent, enter the tent number and have a seat which we did.A while later I heard a voice shouting my order number and I tried to get their attention to show them my tent, but no one was around so I walked up to get my order and I showed them my tent and the manager said "I'm not doing table service. I'm all by myself"Well I can see you at least three or I can see at least five other employees there.The order was incomplete. All of the hand sanitizers were empty as well as the napkin dispensers.I will say that the table we sat down at was clean and even though the food was lukewarm it still tasted good. My granddaughter enjoyed playing at the playplace.It's disappointing all the way around to realize the people that work here aren't getting any kind of support and apparently they're overworked and underpaid.
Lobby & playground is always closed! Drive-thru is ok, but hell! What is the point of remodeling and adding a nice looking playground if you never can get in the building
Almost everytime I go there, they have problems. I've dealt with everything from waiting at the drive thru speaker for half an hour and nobody takes my order to I went in to order and they only had one kiosk up, it didn't work, went to the register and waited 10 minutes and nobody bothered to come take my order. Half the time they give the wrong food or they don't give you your whole order. I'm just done with them at this point. Now I know why everyone calls them the ghetto McDonald's.
When GOOGLE asked me if the hours were correct I pushed the correct option and according too the sign they're correct but the realization is this McDonald's is only open when the employees want it too be. I've seen this McDonald's close more times than the city has done "construction" on 52. However whenever they are open they'll cook you up whatever you need. Double cheese, triple cheese mcdouble( so we can save that $.30 piece of extra cheese.) Whatever you need this McDonald's may have it if your schedule Alians with their schedule. For updated hours of operation just ask the employees when they're outside on break or walk inside and yell loudly "what are your hours of operation this week??" If they don't tell you, neither can I.....just guess
The convenient kiosk for quick ordering at your own pace is an amazing addition to mcdonalds. You can customize every order, add or subtract toppings, or even add more patties even. I like to take my time and read what I want to order and can even pay right there when I'm done and have my order brought to my table or wait to go very quickly!
Brought my kids to have lunch and play on playplace. Placed large order in nearly empty restaurant. Horrible service. Mine and others' orders wrong. No carbonated beverages. Food was mediocre. Manager didn't offer anything except "we are short-staffed" when I can clearly see at least 10 employees. Playplace is cool but not worth dealing with the staff. Will never return to this McDonald's.
Everything I stop at this location the handicap bathroom is locked. I called out and no one was using it.As a person who uses aids to walk, it isn't easy to use the restroom without bars and appropriate fixtures. This increases the chance for a fall. When I walked to the service counter to inform them, no one was working the register. 4 employees running around drive-thru. No one came to greet me. After a 5 to 8 minute wait a young man came out of the back to assist me. When I explained that situation he apologized and stated it happens ALL the time. And he would find someone to unlock it.
Just left through the drive thru and was given the worst customer service ever in my life! My husband asked for my food to be made fresh and was first ignored at the order window and then proceeded to the first window to pay and asked nicely again was my food made fresh. The older lady at the window ignored him again so once he paid for it he simply asked AGAIN for the 3rd time and the lady was very rude to him and closed the window in his face. Then I proceeded to call and asked was there a manager on duty and I believe it was the same lady at the window who answered as she responded “There’s always a manager on duty!” I asked ok are you the manager? She said how can I help you? So I asked again are you a manager and she hung up in my face. I called back twice and was not answered anymore. The older lady does not need to be on your front line as a customer service rep nor a manager. She was extremely rude and I will never come back to this location ever again. Will be calling corporate as well because that was very uncalled for by simply just asking if the food was made fresh.
Took 30 minutes to get food once I got to window they said they didn't have tea, had me wait another 10 minutes, it's terrible sagamore parkway Lafayette IN
