Doesn’t answer the phone so you have to use the app so they can ignore the order then make people wait!

Food was hot. Ordered a sausage pizza, got a little sausage! Ordered a pepperoni pizza the same! My chicken wings were the size of a baby chick!!! Little Caesars used to be really good! What happen????

We order on the app and pick it up. Very easy. App tells you which shelf, you punch in the code and take your food. No waiting. You get an email telling you it is done. Will order again.

I called the store on 9th & tweakingham atleast 15times and never got a pick up I even stood in the store and called and no pick up and they were not even busy there was atleast 4 people in the store and no one knows how to answer the phone but I bet they know how to play on there cell phone I complained to the manager Kylee E. And she said it's her second day as manager and her boss told her not to answer the phone. I get it's a low paying job shouldn't expect much but when I can stand in the store with one other person and call and not get an answer that's b.s. and someone needs to I guess train them on answering a phone

The new thin crust wasn't my favorite but that doesn't mean it was bad just not for me.

Pizza was good. I ordered online & picked up out of the box but they forgot the jalapeno cheese dips.

They don't answer the phones, don't have pizza ready anymore, and prices raised. Literally the only things this cheap cardboard pizza is good for. Now that's been taken away. What a joke.Edit: thought I would try again. Shame on me. This time, they never made my order. Can't get ahold of corporate, can't order over the phone, apparently can't order in person now, and no refunds for online orders(posted sign on their order box)....you can't make this stuff up.

Pizza cost me $5.55, but tasted better than Mad Mushrooms $18 pizza.

Odered 45min before i wanted to pick up at 730 and now 745 being told. It'll be 10 more minutes. Heard the manager telling her employee they need to tell us to wait longer because they forgot to do the ticket obviously. Poor service

It's fairly good, basic cheap pizza. The choices are mostly basic (cheese, pepperoni, sausage, Supreme, veggie) then they want to branch out it the exotic shapes (Batman, calzoney, etc). But their pizzas could be some much better if they would focus on quality and convenience. More attention to quality in-store would benefit the stores then using gimmicks and shapes.Crazy bread is pretty good at a fair price. Crust and sauce are pretty good for a fair price. But the toppings range between raw to overcooked. Just needs some help.
