So sad to see how lack of work ethic can completely run down a business. I miss the days when lil ceasers had hot and READY. When you could just show up.. All for a pizza ?.. Pay.. Then leave.Nope past 3 times I've visited (only because my 9 year son requests it) - never have they had any pizza ready.. Long line ppl waiting.. Always at least a 20 minute wait.. Sad.
The pizza was as expected, but I waited several minutes for service and then the cashier kept my change. Won't be going back any time soon.
Friendly and fast. There pizza is always good.
Food is fine, No pizza portal anymore and poor customer service. Waited 15 minutes at the store after being told pizza was ready, without being talked to. Everyone else in store was waiting for there pizza. Always the same girl behind the counter when I have issues.
Worse service!!Walked in and not a single person (which I counted 4) said ONE WORD!Not a helloWe'll be right with youWelcome to little CaesarsNOTHING!!After waiting 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge not only me but another customer I HAD to tell the girl we both needed to place orders. Then waited another 5 minutes for someone to come up to take orders.The new girl then just looked at the other customer (who came in minutes after I did) what she could do for him.Once it was time to order I placed my order totaling $38 and sun change. I hand her a $50. She asked if I had anything smaller or a card and kindly informed her no it was all I had.She proceeded to tell me she would lose her job if she accepted my money.All ready annoyed and now MORE annoyed I walked out.Absolutely ridiculous!!
Do yourself a favor, go to Dominos on the West side. The kids running this place can't get orders right. Mess up the sauces you order. Make you pay to correct the wrong sauce they gave. Have I don't want to deal with you attitudes. Being busy, is fine. Getting a order wrong is fine. Getting an attitude over you not giving red sauce but loading up nacho sauce you were ask not to included, charging us to correct your mistake, admitting no wrong doing and making my 14 year old feel extremely uncomfortable not ok. Sorry I had to give you a negative review. I'll revisit in a few months, and rereview. On the plus side they are hiring. They have a ton of papers up in the window.
Hey people If you love being charged for items you didn’t want or order and don’t get anyway this place is for you!!!! I don’t know about you but I love going in a place and giving them money so they can steal more from me. This store didn’t want to give me my receipt probably because the extra things they charged me for. I have to say the Number 1 thing that gets me is how the cashier / pizza cutter does not wash her hands taking money and charge cards and than handling people food just so hygienic it makes you happy to see! Now if you like me read your receipt and see it and ask for it to be fixed that same cashier breaks down crying and the manager comes over to chew you out. I just want to say ing conclusion I won’t be returning and will not recommend to anyone
I LOVE Little Cesars Pizza, being from upstate NY I've had the pleasure of trying and loving the taste of their pizzas. Yum!!!

This place is a joke iv been told by a little ceasers employee that they take the phone off from the hook and if you need to place an order you have to do it on line how rude you talk to a customer like that the little ceasers in lafayette indiana need to be shut down now over price is one thing rude employees is number 2 you don't take the dam phone off from the hook just because you don't want to help the customers. Customers come 1st if you don't want to help the customer's then closed your doors down for good and I will be contacting the customer service hot line reporting this week
