Worst kfc in Lafayette they never have anything ready it's always can you 15 or 20 minutes lazy
Left out to get a kfc bowl in the rain storm ,and they forgot my corn in my bowl .I called from 9 until 9:30 and nobody picked up the phone and too add stress I asked for spicy chicken and they gave me 2 tiny pieces of shredded chicken and it was extremely greasy.... I will stick with POPEYES .... Never again !!!!
Terrible customer service through the drive through. Bunch of little girls with TERRIBLE attitudes. Go somewhere else. ZERO stars if I could.
Cold food. Returned it to the counter. Asked for fresh. IMO not an unreasonable request.They were not too crowded and gave me more food. Still not hot, only warm.Not reccomended.
Great service...fast and friendly. The chicken was better than I remembered it. But the mashed potatoes were worse than I recall. I will try the potato wedges next time.

Food was piping hot and order was correct. Team member was very helpful when I had a few special requests. And yes folks, you can have half chicken half crispy strips on your family meals!
We spent $125.00, got home and had food missing. Called and they told us to come back and they would give us what we were missing plus some desserts for our trouble. Go to pick up the food and their idea of desserts was 2 chocolate chip cookies, for a $125 order - 8 ppl, and we have 2 cookies. Also, we did not get condiments that we asked for. Normally I would not complain, but when you order that much food and spend that much money, you just expect them to make sure things are correct. The food was very good though.
Staff is impolite and careless. Spilled our drinks and nobody had any gloves on. Kitchen was disgusting with food and trash all over the floor. The dining room also was dirty. Crumbs on almost all the tables and seats.
I walked in to order just now and was told “probably not” when I asked to order the 16 piece family meal. The two warmers behind the counter had shelves full of chicken, but I was told “they were out”. At 7:00 pm there would hopefully be more food since they’re open for at least 2 more hours.
