Ate there today and couldn’t be more impressed! Friendly staff, great food & a very clean restaurant. The restrooms are cleaner than any I’ve ever seen in a diner! There are stoppers in front of the doors that you have the choice to remove if you feel you need the privacy, and they were extremely clean. You can tell much attention is brought to that part of the restaurant. If they are paying that much attention to the front of the house, the kitchen has to be immaculate!! What really impressed me was the server staff! Those girls all worked together as a team in order to give prompt and courteous service to every table. Never seen a waitstaff work so well together. The food was great and we will definitely return!! Loved it!
Customer service was amazing but the food was horrible. Omelet was not an omelet at all it was a dry egg scrambled with toppings and the folded the tomatoes in it taste spoiled. The hash browns were burnt not crispy and they was super greasy with no flavor. The gravy for the biscuits had raw sausage in it unless they use corn beef but it tasted like sausage. I don't like leaving bad reviews on small businesses like this this but most don't take criticism directly very well so hopefully this will help to bring knowledge to why some people don't come back.
Extremely pleasant, friendly staff. Comfortable familial atmosphere with what looked like plenty of locals and regulars. Food was fine, though their coffee wasn't too great.
Absolutely wonderful breakfast place I was just driving through Lafayette one Sunday and me and my man saw this place next to Hardee's on 52 we pulled in and it was one of the best breakfast places I've been to I highly recommend this place
The one star is for the super sweet waitresses! The cook messed up our order. All in one omelette came out wrong not only once but twice. I ordered the omelette with no green peppers and it came with them and no sausage. Sent it back and it came back with no sausage again. The first omelette was over cooked and the second was nice and moist! My home fries were undercooked and greasy. My husband’s order was also messed up the eggs were overcooked. And the messed up on the toast and his rye bread finally came out when he was almost finished eating. The cook obviously wasn’t on his game today! Wasn’t worth almost $30.
Service was fantastic, I expected to get a better 'deal' but prices are fair and way better than say an IHOP. I had a skillet that was good and kids said pancakes were hit with some butterscotch that made them too sweet, but I saw some clean plates. Place feels underated to me.
Service was great. Waitress was friendly and food was awesome. Plan on returning.
The lady that greeted me was phenomenal. That’s it!!!!The Ruben was Carl Budding meat. And at $10, it was the worst sandwich I’ve ever ate. That was a $5 sandwich at best. I was forced to give 1 star cause no stars wasn’t an option.I wanted a place for lunch with me working across the street and always pressed for time. But this spot isn’t it by any stretch of the imagination.
This was one of the best experience I had in a while the waitress MJ was very nice and efficient she mad our experience better she was working hard, it is hard to find a sit down restaurant any more and have friendly faces and good food . The food was excellent. Thank you so much we will be back very soon.
