I haven't had JJ since 2004 and I have to say it still tasted the same and it was amazing. Staff was courteous and friendly and fast. Right amount of veggies and meat. 10/10
Jimmy johns rocks but the app has said it doesn't deliver to my house for a long time and I know they do . At least they used to. I've tried Uninstalling the app and reinstalling it and all.
NOT FREAKY FAST. I was just told that deliveries were taking 1-1.5 hours because they have 1 driver for Lafayette and West Lafayette. This is ridiculous! Jimmy johns lost my business.
Always like Jimmy John's, never had any problems with this location. I recommend using the app to order.
Walked in over an hour before close. Chairs were up on tables and soda fountain was down. Only had wheat bread. I even asked the cashier if they were closing soon and she said not until 9pm. Very unwelcoming.
I placed an order at 11:36 they received it at 11:37. I called at 12:02 to confirm my order as I placed this order for a lunch for my son and husband that only have a lunch hour from 12-1. They usually are fast. When I called I was responded with utter rudeness!! I understood being short staffed or whatever reason they supplied. They stated it would be delivered in 20 mins. That would still allow enough time for them to eat. However it was just delivered at 1:40pm at my front door. I called 5 times to try to cancel this order as they are no longer on lunch. They would never pick up the phone! I just can’t see myself ordering from this restaurant again!
I got the Beach Club. It was delicious.HOWEVER,Jimmy John's lived up to their reputation of good food and not so good service. People were rolling sandwiches without gloves. My friend ordered a SANDwich and got an UNwich (lettuce wrap). He gave it back and asked for a sandwich. The guy remade it and my friend got an unwich again... So it took three times to get his sandwich right. My friends ordered a cookie with their sandwiches, and weren't given the cookie initially. When they asked for it the employee rolled her eyes at them and then gave it to them. I was overall very disappointed.
Just made an order and had multiple hairs in our sandwiches. Please do better. Now we have to spend more money on different food because that’s so unsanitary.
Have dealt with disappointment consistently with this JJ’s. Meat has been missing completely from subs, and when I’ve called to inform them, they say they’ll reimburse, but don’t follow through. Skip the one on South and head over to Creasy.
This place is a joke. Ordered online over an hour ago still hasn’t been placed for delivery. Tried calling 4 times no answer to the phone that rings for what feels like 5 minutes. Freaky fast isn’t in the values of this location.
