On April 17th, 2020, I placed an order through Jet's online ordering. Jets took my money, but never delivered. I have tried to call them multiple times (11 times in the past two days), to resolve the issue, and they've only answered once. The one time that they answered, they put me on hold and the call eventually went to voice mail. Since they seem to insist on keeping my money, and not delivering thier product, they'll not get any more of my business.Update: The next day, I drove over to Jets and continued to call until I pulled up. When I got there the "Open" sign was off and the employees were standing around, in the back, and appeared to be doing nothing. There definitely wasn't anyone up front making pizzas. When I asked why they weren't answering I was told that they were busy. When I asked about my order, from the previous day, I was told that they were not open. I explained that they took my money and was told that it should be returned in 7 days. They clearly had no intention of fulfilling my order and think that it is ok to keep my money for 7 days. I've been nothing, but a loyal, regular customer. Not anymore.
Need to get your online ordering sorted out. Tried to order but said it wasn't available... In this age of internet everything - this isn't acceptable.Other pizza places get it... Don't see what he problem is.
Jet's pizza is the best Detroit style pizza I've had. I do not recommend their traditional pizza (round) pie, but their Detroit style (rectangular shaped) pizza is the best pizza in Lafayette. Greasy, but extremely delicious! Deep, delicious, Crispy and crunchy crust with premium stretchy cheese and phenomenal toppingswhich is baked to perfection!
Terrible terrible customer service. Spend 80 dollars worth of pizza and wings. They missed 6 items on my order. I called to try to remedy the situation and they said they would be there within 30 min to bring the missing items. Over 1 hour since I called about missing items. Spoke to a manager and said she had nothing to do with the previous order. At that point said take a refund or wait another 30 min for your items. Nah that is not ok. 80 dollars spent over 2 hours of wait. Cold food and missing items.

Love your pizza although the last couple of times taken home pizza the pizza itself had not been cut all the way through. Is disappointed by this. You got this guys

We were told this was a family run pizzeria and that it was really good and quick. Unfortunately, we had a different experience than the person who recommended this place. The pizza was delivered cool and it took almost an hour to be delivered when our place was only a mile a way. We certainly understand that businesses are short staffed, however even the quality of the pizza was not able to make up for the long wait. The crust, sauce, and even the toppings were rather bland, except the pepperoni. We also ordered boneless wings that turned out to be more breading than chicken and then became soggy after sitting in the mild sauce. Overall, we would suggest trying another place.
