I've been here a couple times and the food is always good. Part of the reason I go is to watch the cooks throw and flip their spatulas around, but that doesn't always happen. I need to figure out when the grill masters are working to know when to eat here again.
Our first time here was awesome! Cierra was our waitress and she was full of smiles and so helpful because I was a little lost on all the options. We also enjoyed the cool s’mores dessert with our own little campfire at the end. Nicely priced and food was delicious! Will recommend and return.
I used to work for huhot on creasy lane for lafayette, IN for 2 good years. They taught us how to be very engaging with customers and create a fun atmosphere. I'm very sad to see this place has gone completely down hill. There seems to be an absolute lack of management and training. There's two employees that work on grill in particular that not only do not engage with the customers, but simply don't care about the food quality. Proper steaming techniques for harder veggies(broccoli mostly) just seem to be a thing of the past. The cooks spend all their time talking to each other about whatever subject they seem fit (nothing work related) and neglect proper touches on the food. This results in undercooked food if the grill is too cold or burning when it's too hot. Neither employees were wearing nametags, of which blows me away because we used to not even be able to clock in without it. The cooks move so incredibly slow, by the time they get to move you meal about the grill the sauces have either completely burned to the grill or dripped off the side in the trough. I'm very tired of paying the exuberant prices for food that the employees very clearly don't care whether it's actually fully cooked or not. When I've tried to talk to management in the past about my concerns, being a paying customer, I am met with attitude and accusations of me simply trying to cause problems. It's truly sad to see that good quality is no longer a top priority here.

I love this place. They can cover pretty much all dietary requirements. Keto, low fat, low carb, vegetarian and specific allergens are virtually no problem. YOU choose what you want to eat from a very wide variety of foods... from meats and produce to the sauces they are cooked with! It is always very good, but sometimes it is even better!
Great selection of meat and sides to make our own bowls. The concept itself is quite amusing.
Quick service, great food. There are a lot of choices of protein and vegetables. Delicious deserts too!!
This is very good place in Lafayette to have a group dining experience. Exploring different sauces to make your own recipe, and chatting with group members while the food is getting prepared or during dining are very worthwhile and enjoyable in my opinion. The food is quite good in general, but the ambience and setting for hanging out with a group are the major attractions of this place in my opinion.
Lots of choices, people can mix their own food and sauces based on their diet!
