You want the inside scoop to this store. Well here it is. I used to work for the company it is a ill owned franchise. The owners need to go back to Pakistan and sell it to the corporate Hardee's. Management is horrible plenty of backstabbing two faced people. The food does not fall to standard. Frys are left in the holder longer than 7 minutes. Sandwiches that are not made right are left in the holder to be used at a later time that type of sandwich is ordered. Building is not up to code and should have a handy accessible button for people in wheel chairs or who cannot open doors but does not. Black mold in places no one knows or even trys to clean. All in all the building and company should be investigated by the bored of health and corporate Hardee's and see if it is up to standard for even the franchise owner to have the Hardee's name and profit from it.

Omg, wanted to do a shout out to the lunch crew of Hardee's. Very friendly and helpful! The food was nice and hot!

Our order took a long time from the drive thru. We waited for over 10 minutes after we paid to receive our order. When we got our order it was horrible. Fries were cold and burgers were all wrong. We asked for a refund and the staff was snotty. One worker said, "some people" and then another employee spouted, "it's society." Yes, society is messed up because we want what we pay for. Ignorance is sickening!

I used to work at a hardees, and I love their food. This one, unfortunately is bad. I stopped by for breakfast for awhile. Gave them more than one chance to clean their act up. Problems ranged from sour tasting ham to wrong orders. The last straw, I got a couple sausage egg and cheese biscuits one morning. Got them home and there were multiple hairs in both of them. One hair looked like a pube. I never went back. ?

I actually had one of the worst experiences at a restaurant ever. I came in with a large order, And waited FOREVER. Now, clearly, they were short staffed, and I was perfectly willing to wait. I understand the position they were in. BUT THEN the MANAGER got INCREDIBLY rude with me on MULTIPLE occasions. They had a clearly new cashier who was over her head (I have no problem with her. I felt really bad for her). Said cashier at one point came out to ask me a question. I followed her back to the counter to see if I could clear up a discrepancy, and the manager saw me come up to the counter and YELLED "WE'LL HAVE YOUR FOOD SOON!" AT ME. On top of that, we were missing food. Avoid this Hardee's at all costs.

Here at Hardee’s now and ordered for the dining room. Almost twenty minutes of listening to staff argue and not getting our meal so went back to the counter and they hadn’t even started our meal. Most staff were goofing off or arguing while one man was doing drive through orders and just started ours. I asked to speak to management, wanting a refund because we needed to leave at this point, and he yelled from back to “respect your fast food workers.” He refused to come to the counter. Very disrespectful and unprofessional.

April 13 about 2pm. Ordered a Frisco burger and a Diet Coke. Guy rang up a combo meal. Got fries I didn't want and was charged more than I wanted to pay. The food was perfect but the order inaccuracy was really annoying.

Came in to pick up an online order. Lobby was locked. I got into the drive-through and sat for 30 minutes. I was told in the drive-through to come into the lobby. Went over to the locked door and waiting to be let in. I tried to tell him my name and was cut off and told that they were busy and I needed to take a seat. Sat in the lobby for 45 minutes while the managers wife sat in the lobby and his small children were running around the restaurant then going behind the service counter. After 45 minute wait he asked my name and turned around and grabbed a bag of cold food that had been sitting on the counter from the time I walked in and handed it to me and then walked away. One of the worst restaurants I have ever done business with. I would not recommend

If I could leave 0 stars I would. At 9:15 on 3/16/22 my family and I were on our way to Tennessee from Chicago and we don’t have a Hardee’s near us and it’s our favorite breakfast place to stop. We stopped this morning and went in to order because my daughter had to use the bathroom. We then walked up to order and there were 3 guys working in the back. With loud music playing from their phones. We were never greeted, never got our order taken and never even acknowledged that we were in the restaurant. Really ruined our morning as we were hungry and specifically waited to eat until we made it to Hardee’s

I wish there were negative stars. A while back I was in the habit of buying breakfast for my assistant every Friday to show him some appreciation. Hardees was the perfect choice until this store on sagamore parkway Lafayette, IN. I picked up breakfast and took to the shop where I found a long black hair in my sandwich. I had no time to go back so I called. Instead of offering to make it right or apologizing, the manager informed me that all of their people wore hair nets so it could not have been from them. Yes, he said that. I did not go back for a long time. I love the food, so I eventually tried again. My order was wrong on several occasions, but I went ahead and ate it because my time is limited on my lunch break. Today I ordered a new Bacon Beast and a tea. I waited for over 15 minutes before I tried getting the guy's attention. He was sitting in a chair in the office in plain view playing with his phone. He finally acknowledged me and told me "We were waiting on fresh meat to drop". What does that even mean? If you are going to try and explain something to a customer, please do not speak in the lingo only your coworkers would understand. After 5+ more minutes I finally got my sandwich. The guy treated me as if my impatience was what was the main problem. I drove off agitated. I grabbed the sandwich to begin eating and my hand met the cold. I started double checking in disbelief. The bacon was cold and limp instead of hot and crisp. The cheese was cold instead of hot and melted. The bun was cold instead of warm and soft. I was livid. I parked the truck and went inside to the counter and tossed the bag down and asked for a refund. The manager on duty told me that He could not give refunds, only the general manager could do that. Yes, he said that. He told me that he could make me another sandwich (in 20 minutes) but he could not give a refund. I kept asking and he kept saying the same thing. I expressed that I thought this store sucked. He gave me the tired Covid era excuse that they were short staffed like everyone else in town. I told him to hire people. He offered me a job. Smart Alec responses always work. I should have told him how wrong he was. I go to fast food places everyday. Chic-fil-a puts me through a line 3 times as long as Hardees today in 5 minutes tops and I leave with excellent food. Wendy's is the same and so is just about everyone else. This store consistently takes longer than they should and has a culture of minimal service. There is a problem at the top and it trickles down. Other fast food places are doing a good or even great job and providing great service even in these tough times. Management change is needed here to change the culture of this store. I most likely will never go there again until something is done to make this better.
