Staff was friendly but the Place wasn't clean, tables dirty, floors and bathrooms. food was salty and the silverware was dirty and just sitting out where people could touch freely. Was expecting a a bit more of a classier feel. Definitely don't plan on a return visit. They lacked the family restaurant feel I remembered as a kid. Sorry but only being honest.
I made an online order for the first time. I ended up getting to the restaurant 20 minutes earlier than the time scheduled (they didn't have the time I needed), so I called to let them know I was here early. They told me that I had to wait to pick up the food at the designated time made online. There's hardly anybody here... I'm not understanding why they can't get it made. So now I'm just sitting here waiting 20 minutes for no reason. Not a great first impression at this location. If I hadn't paid online already, I would've gone somewhere else.
Haven’t been here for years, stopped in and ordered. Food was ready quickly. From reviews I’ve seen on YouTube the loaded baked spaghetti easily feeds 2 to 3 people. I’m not sure how it would feed that many. It’s enough for one, maybe a little extra if you aren’t very hungry or eat other things with it. There were two of us dining, we ordered baked spaghetti, chicken wings, 2 drinks, and a slice of orange cream cheesecake. The total was was 33.00. We only received 2 breadsticks, one each. I thought breadsticks were unlimited? We ate our food and left feeling underwhelmed and slightly hungry. The cashier at the counter asked if we would like to leave a tip when we paid. The cheesecake and iced tea were the best things we had. The breadsticks were good considering we only got a small taste of those. Now I remember why I haven’t been in years.
Worst Fazoli’s I’ve ever been to. My family and I could barely eat any of our food as we tried to pick around the noticeable spots where the same lady who took our order and served our food had obviously placed her thumb inside the dishes as she picked them up. I first noticed her thumb in my dish when she picked up my salad. She then proceeded to do the same thing with all of our food when she brought it to our table. Absolutely disgusting and a huge waste of money!
Jeremy was the sweetest employee ever and very funny. Extremely good interpersonal skills and deserves a raise and then some. He's going places in life and it is good to meet people like him in this day and age. Thanks so much Jeremy. Props to your future!!
Absolutely love the Ulimate Sampler. It truly gives you the Ultimate Italian experience. So much better than other Italian Chain Restaurants in the U S.
I like the food, the service isn't very good. they used to make sure you got more breadsticks but they don't even bother now? but they want a tip when you pay if they would wash the tables and see if your doing OK I'd give em one.
Fazoli's is so underrated and I don't know why. The food is good, the breadsticks are the best (forget those hard ones at OG), the service is always nice, the dining room is big and spread out, the drinks are self serve, and the prices are reasonable. What's not to like? I go to the one on 26 in Lafayette fairly regularly and always enjoy it
It took quite awhile to get through the drive-thru, (not enough employees). However, the employees were upbeat and very nice. My order was correct AND it was hot! So really couldn't complain!
Everything we had was good and the staff was nice.
