The people who are hired here must be illiterate getting iced coffee instead of being served a HOT LATTE it is clearly ordered as such people just need to read instead of getting worried about how fast they can serve people.
I love Dunkin coffee. They are fast, efficient, friendly and most of all DELICIOUS!
Best Dunkin in town. Fast drive thru and very nice people work there. The products could absolutely stand a huge improvement but that's not their fault. Dunkin is to donuts, what McDonald's is to hamburgers.
Can't get any of my orders right ever I'll never be back to this location. They don't seem to care that they constantly mess up.
Before paying for my order that I waited in line for 15 plus minutes , I kindly asked to add another donut to my order (Before paying) . I was rudely told I could not add another donut to my order , that I could drive back around to reorder or go somewhere else . The 2 girls working drive thru was very rude and told me they would not add the donut . My 4yr old was bawling his eyes out at this point . The employees was so heartless and could've easily added the donut to my order instead of being so rude to me in front of my 3 children . I would be ashamed to have such rude employees working for my company . I also recorded this issue and would love to share it with the higher ups so they can see first hand of how these girls represent Dunk Donuts .
Order a sandwich and the only thing they gave me was 3 strips of bacon, no sandwich. Bacon was cold!
Never turn off mobile ordering when they are busy so I either get stuck outside in the freezing cold waiting for them to unlock the door so I can get my order or I literally have to STAND in the drive thru to get my mobile order (I work in the plaza). And when I am able to get my order I normally wait 10-15 minutes after ordering to walk over and half the time they aren't even busy but yet they haven't even started my order? Lazy employees that sit on their phones instead of helping customers.
This is the best Dunkin in Lafayette. Great service and they always get my order and drink just right.
