Best experience I've ever had at a Dunkin donuts. They were friendly, fast, and accurate.

Went through the drive-through for the new tomato pesto grilled cheese. When I bit into the grilled cheese sandwich I realized that the paper that went between slices of cheese was on my sandwich. I went back and told whoever was working they offer me a free drink while I wait for a new sandwich to be made. I respectfully decline as I don’t really drink coffee nor do I drink specialty drinks. I finally got acknowledgment and an apology from the person that remade my sandwich however they didn’t really seem to care about their mistake beyond their own embarrassment. Made correctly, the sandwich is pretty good and I CAN say that the customer service at this location has improved drastically since they first opened.

We walked in at about 11 am. Several employees looked at us, and did not acknowledge our presence. I assume they were working drive through, but there at least 5 employees that I could see. A simple “we’ll be right with you” would have been appropriate. The girl that did help us spoke unintelligible and was clearly not excited about having to come to the till.Store was clean, environment welcoming. Staff NOT GOOD.We could hear their obnoxious banter back and forth that was not appropriate either.

Coffee was great! Staff didn't care to be there. Donuts were clearly old but it was clean

Went today and there were 3 female employees. The 1 on the drive thru window with the black hair is generally nice. However the 2 handling the inside are usually not in the greatest of moods. I try to be gracious with people as anyone can have a bad day from time to time. But the past few times I've gone in it's the same with these particular 2 young ladies( one tall, close to 6 ft and the other shorter, about maybe 5'4). Today I got outright attitude from the shorter one because I asked for her to alter a drink to my liking. I didn't think it was anything unreasonable and I asked nicely. If they hate their jobs that much I hope they are looking for new ones and will be able to leave soon. I just know I won't being going back to be treated poorly. I will pay a couple dollars more and be treated like a human being and paying customer over at Starbucks.

They were obviously having a bad day. No one seemed to have clue what was going on. If you order avocado toast, it is not unreasonable to expect the bread to be toasted and have avocado on it. What I got had neither. I got hummus spread on some slightly warm bread. I had to wait several minutes for a cup of black coffee. The dining area looked like it hadn't been swept in a week. Don't even bother walking in here

Stopped at this dunkin yesterday afternoon (Sunday) during a road trip back to school. I got half a dozen donuts and they didn’t look very good to start with but I figured I’d give them the benefit of the doubt. After driving away I found the donuts (both cake and yeast) to be rock hard and not even edible. Must have been left out or baked days ago. Can’t believe they were serving these to customers. Will not be returning.

I have to say this Dunkin is awesome we are visiting from Philadelphia the bagels here are night and day difference in Philly they are stif even toasted but in Indiana they are so soft plain and simple they are perfect would highly recommend for Coffee and a quick bite

I know why this location has such a bad reputation. A young lady (being generous) didn’t like to be bothered in an empty location. Rude is an understatement. After returning to the office, my assistant stated she had the same experience with a female fitting the same description. The real issue is the night manager heard her tell me I had too much time on my hands because I believed she should be polite. He did nothing. I left and found donuts for my I’ll I’ll friend elsewhere. Don’t waste your time here. Mary Lou’s donuts is coming soon to a Hwy 26 location!
