This Dunkin was dirty/dingy and had a relatively clueless staff working. Additionally they apparently decided to lock up nearly thirty minutes before closing time, which was odd and inconvenient. IMO if you need your Dunkin fix it would be a good idea to seek out another location.Update: returned a few weeks later to give them another shot. Still horrible. Dropped to one star.
Clean restaurant. Service was fast, accurate and professional. Staff was friendly and helpful. Coffee and food, bagel minis, were good.
So short staffed, ordered online and they didn't have it ready when it arrived and said it would be another 10-15 mins. They probably shouldn't be taking online orders for puck up. Ended up canceling and going to starbucks, no long waits.
I love their service the coffee is the best ever and I mostly enjoy tea ,but it always hot and delicious the service is wonderful and my grandson Tyler works there and he's an asset to their company and the donut filled with strawberry or lemon is very very good thank you Duncan Donuts
Coffee was good but donuts are too small to even be competitive nowadays. Marylou's and TItus are the best by far. Dunkin is way down the list.
I am grateful for this drink, refreshing drink, while walking for 2 miles in this hot weather and sunshine. The jelly donut was also good. Whatever happens Dunkin is always affordable option. I liked it. The staff were kind and patient.

Always says closed even though it's open. bad customer service they act miserable in there. 60% of the time they don't have donuts at all and when u try to order hot food they got some excuse for that too.
I always order my iced coffee special, because I'm picky. Kudos to this mornings staff. Not only was my order ready for Door Dash pick up extremely quick, my coffee was made PERFECT!! We are regular customers, like 3-4 times a week for the last year. This is only the 2nd time my iced coffee has ever been made correctly. I never complain when it's not made the way I ask for it, so I want to say a HUGE THANK YOU to the staff that did get it correct.
Amazing service! They were very busy today but they still went out of their way to fulfill my fairly large order. Super fresh donuts and a super friendly crew!
