Absolutely the WORST Domino's I have ever had!!! The pizza wasn't even cut! I got 2 pizzas and they were complete garbage! There was waaaaay too much sauce on both, the toppings and cheese wouldn't even stay on! Obviously they didn't read my instructions because I wanted one of the pizzas with NO garlic on the crust!! I mean it was all so bad that I threw the pizzas in the trash! I will NEVER recommend this specific Domino's!! Wasted my money!

This was a $6.99 philly cheese steak sub. We had it delivered to hospital and omg. They gave me a $15 credit and remade sandwich but this is NOT ok.
I ordered a pizza last night 3/28 they got the address wrong...how does 26 sound like 38? Took 1 1/2 hrs to get here. I called tonight 3/29 and tried to order and they read off wrong address I tried to correct it and the girl answering phones repeated back 36 so I said no 2...6 and she said I was rude,which I wasn't, and refused to serve me and hung up. Called back and she picked up phone and hung up without saying anything. Then called back from different phone asked for manager and got hung up on me again. This chic needs to lose her job. Period.
Don’t order from here. Ordered carry out from the website and the tracker said the order was complete. Granted, this was close to closing, but we still arrived before it was supposed to be closed. We checked in on the website for curbside pickup and then waited for around 10 min only to see the employees locking up and leaving. They told us and another party waiting that our orders were canceled even though the tracker said our orders were complete and we both got charged.
This Dominos service is horrible. Ordered food 2 hours ago and it still has not arrived. I was quoted with 60-70mins for delivery. When I called the location the woman on the phone just said “It’s out for delivery right now”. When I told her it has said it’s 2 mins away on the app for roughly the last hour she repeated herself as if I didn’t hear her the first time: Nothing else, just repeated the fact that it was out already. Order from one of the other 2 Dominos if you absolutely must have Dominos, otherwise eat somewhere else.
They have great customer service! I was backed into on Creasy in the left turn lane on my way to pick up our two medium pizzas. We waited for two solid hours for the cops to come, so after that was sorted out, I went inside to pay. I let them know what happened(they saw us waiting for the cops in the parking lot lol) and they re-made our pizzas! They totally didn't have to as it wasn't their fault, but they were happy to make fresh pizza! They were so friendly, too. I appreciate great customer service so much, I am definitely making this Dominos a regular stop? Definitely recommend this location, delicious pizza and wonderful workers.
Horrible service, I ordered for delivery and waited more than an hour and when I tried to contact the store they didn't even answer the phone, it's not the first time. I will not order here again
do not order from this dominos, or any of the dominos in town owned by High Energy Pizza LLC- they won’t deliver your food until it’s 2 hours old. they won’t pick up their phone. the franchise owner ‘jimmy’ can’t be bothered to respond to messages and would rather be reported to the health department and dominos corporate for issues to be resolved. our pizzas were thrown around and smashed in their boxes, cold, covered in grease, and were made wrong. delivery system said it would be one hour, but they didn’t show up until after we called the store repeatedly to cancel- 2 hours later.
Boneless chicken is a no, but pizza, Italian sand., and stuffed cheesy bread were good for 5.99. Cold 20 Oz cokes in the cooler, but I couldn't buy one to drink. Something about not having all the options available for drinks. So if I want a coke, but your out of mr. pibb, I can't get a coke?
