Slow as molasses in the winter time. Waited at drive thru window for 15 min. We were third and only other car at the restaurant. Drove away. I give it a zero!
I used to go to this dairy queen all the time and it was super fast and always attentive to customers. I stopped in the other day for some ice cream. We watched as one of the workers was just sweeping behind the counter with the drive through backed up and others at the counter. After 10 minutes we finally got helped. we ordered and waited 25 minutes. We watched as one of the workers was being super lazy and not even taking care of us or other customers. there were only 2 people behind the counter, so her helping was critical. As soon as we thought our order was being made, we watched as the family who got there after us seemed to take our order and eat all our food. they came back later saying it was wrong. If the worker would have just said our number instead of being lazy this wouldn’t have happened. We left angry at the service, and down $12. I’ll never go back.
Stopped in to get ice cream cone with a friend. The drive thru was backed up so we went inside. One family was ahead of our order. We ordered large chocolate cone and small vanilla cone. Several people came in after us to place orders. We stood waiting, when the staff started filling ice cream orders that were placed after us. When I asked the staff member about our ice cream cones. He said,"can you see we're busy here?" I said yes, but all these people came in after us. He went to look at order screen and finally brought us our simple easy ice cream cones. This location has really gone downhill. Hope something is done before it closes because of poor customer service.
Food felt and liked microwaved and the place was so drity. On the topic drity there was a ketchup smear on the wall plus a bunch of flys. Also they messed up are small order
Do not waste your time by going here. Customer service is horrendous. When we got up to the window, rather than being greeted, the window was wide open and the employees inside were talking inappropriately about customers right in front of us. If we hadn't wasted 25 minutes in the drive thru (with only one car ahead of us) we would have told them to just forget it. Several cars behind us were smarter than us and drove away. To make matters worse, our small order was wrong. Terribly unprofessional location. Definitely will not be back.
I will never go back. I went inside because the drive through was busy and there was no one at the counter. After the 3 workers looked over at me several times someone came from the back and took my order and my money then disappeared. After 15 minutes I went to the counter to ask if my order was being made yet and received some rude comments. During this wait the girl at the drive through went into a room off to the side of the counter and picked up her toddler and walked her around. She then put the baby back, went and got my order and brought it too me. Didn’t even wash her hands. I left with my order and took it home and put it in the trash. As I said before I will never go back.I wouldn’t even give a 1 star rating but this can’t be posted with less than 1.
Super slow. I waited over 15 minutes for my food. This is after the girl working the drive thru asked what I was waiting on after I received my blizzard. Ended up going inside and finally got my food with was cold. Don't waste your time at this location.
Waited 45 mins in the drive through. Each car took 5 minutes. I should have left. Won't be back.
I needed the blender cleaned because I have an allergy. They made all my ice cream before and then cleaned the blender for my ice cream last. So my whole family's ice cream was melted before they even got it. They seemed short staffed and didn't have much rush. The manager seemed annoyed as well.
Just no. They made us wait forever when there were plenty of employees. They messed up our orders, the place is dirty, there was no ice in the drink machine and the trash can was overflowing.
