Food and service always good. But every time we visit seems like tables and some areas feel sticky. Need to keep up with the cleaning.Sometimes we go somewhere else because of it.
I ordered two blizzards and a dilly bar. When I drive up to the window, I’m given one of my blizzards and the dilly bar. The blizzard is half melted (see picture), so much so that if I took the lid off it would spill. I then had to wait almost five minutes for the second blizzard, which was fine. I can understand having to wait, but it seems like they had the first blizzard sitting out for several minutes. It’s extremely frustrating.
Waited over 30 minutes for three small blizzards. There was people before us and people after us getting full meals and we were waiting. Not sure I'll ever visit this DQ ever again.
We ate in and before we could sit down our order was done. The chicken strips were very juicy and nicely seasoned.
Today at 7:08, May 11th, Wednesday at the drive up window, the gal running it was VERY RUDE!They had us waiting at speaker for a very long time, she did apologize for that.We ordered and told her we did not want whip on our drinks. When my husband questioned it at the window, she got an attitude shut the window without saying anything. Then handed us our drinks and we asked for straws, she said she gave them to us, we said no, she said yes, then practically threw them out the window to him.This is very un satisfying. Ive vworked my whole life in retail as a manager... I would NEVER SETTLE FOR THIS WITH ANY ONE OF MY EMPLOYEES.THANK YOU FOR LISTENING..
I ordered a medium snicker & Reese peanut butter blizzard & when the girl gave it to me I asked her was it both in there she say yes I’m just now eating it & it’s just Reese peanut butter I tried to call & they not answering the phone so sad I paid for the extra ingredient but didn’t get it very disappointing
This place is horrible at customer service and the workers here are lazy. I had to pull up for a ice cream cone and when I made it around to park, the person was standing outside with my cone!!! All the know is "can you pull around". They need to spend more time working then socializing.
When coming through Lafayette every other week . I love the 3 piece chicken strips....but only issue I have...is hit and miss on the quality..been twice now ...so much batter...overcooked...might find taste of chicken...then there's times that amazing ...not often..Of course , the usual missing items.. if you dont sit there and go through everything..straw.. dipping sauce. Etc...this happens alot....
That line was lah ,but it moved pretty fast to be ' free ice cream cone day. My Son ordered a couple of burgers and fries, hot ,fresh and pleased as he said. Thank you DQ.?✌️??
Cashier need to smile just little bit.she looked so mad when she took my order.i told her what I wanted and she sent wrong milk shake.when my kids came to cashier asking for a bag,she just ignored them and left to the back..rude.
