Ordered carry-out. As vegetarians, we regularly order the Country Vegetable Plates, which include a choice of 4 sides + two biscuits (or cornbread). Hearty portions for a reasonable price (just over $10 per person). Ready in just minutes and still very hot when ready to eat. I only wish these sides had a little less sodium.
Father’s Day 2022. Food was excellent as usual. This review is mostly for our server Chad. The restaurant was obviously short staffed. This man was doing the work of 3 people. He was amazing. Through it all he was able to stay professional, pleasant and most of all genuine. His apron had 4 stars, but he deserves twice as many. Thank you Chad for a terrific start to my Father’s Day!
Fast service, even when the place was slammed full. Our server, Chad is a super star! He was on top of everything during the weekend rush. We love the syrup.
We love visiting Cracker Barrel especially when we are on road trips! I have to stop at their gift shop and explore some fun items I rarely find elsewhere. The food is always good and the place is always clean!
Enjoyed our Friday evening dinner with friends. Hubby had the fish fry and I had the meat loaf. With nice hot biscuits!
I ordered Momma's three pancake breakfast with a small order of biscuits and gravy. When we received our food my biscuits were missing. I made the person who brought our food aware immediately. After about ten minutes I finally got my biscuits. By then my gravy was nice and cold. I understand there were a lot of customers there dinning but they should double check all orders before bringing them out. I didn't bother to eat all of my food after realizing that my pancakes tasted burnt. So we just left. Never had this problem at any other Cracker Barrel.
Ok the pot roast is bland and tastes like boiled meat soup. However the very attentive waitress stepped in right away and swapped it out quickly. The rest of our meal was awesome and let's face it the gift store just makes the meal more fun. Cracker barrel the only place with inexpensive food that by the time you leave you spend more than high end steak house and walk out with presents for everyone for a lifetime.
I was seated immediately and everyone was extremely friendly. I was greeted by no less than 3 people. The food came VERY quickly and it was delicious. Christine was very sweet and efficient. I loved the country store and found a few goodies. ?
We came pretty late (9;20 pm on Saturday April 16th). Staff was friendly and waitress was awesome! We highly recommend this place!
