Management issues here. The staff was very nice. The restaurant was unkempt, the soda machine was out of half of the options, the food was luke warm at best. Management was at a table in the restaurant unresponsive to the situation.
Refuses to serve me at 9:44 when their signs say open until 10. Then tried to go thru drive thru window and they refused to serve me there. Said “I only have 2 employees and a trainee”. (Had 2 cars in drive thru- wow they were really swamped). Thanks anyway - McDonald’s was openee
Well my order came to the drive up window it was hot and fresh, the cashier was extremely courteous and nice if I ever need another food pit stop while traveling and I'm near Lafayette this is the place to go to.

This Burger King is filthy. We stopped today for lunch and everything was dirty. The floor had food and pop all over so that you had to step over it. The area where you get your drinks had pop spilled on it and ketchup smeared on it along with napkins that had been used to wipe it up. The restrooms were both disgusting. Toilet paper on the floor and the trash can was overflowing as if it had not been emptied for days. I informed the people at the counter and was told that the womens washroom was cleaned twice that day. Very hard to believe. We will not be stopping at this location again. We will go to McDonald’s next door.
Well gotta say it took a hot minute to get through the line witch I get but when the food tastes horrible and when u order cheese sticks and when u get them they look like the chicken fries that is sad and gross I will say the girl working the WI dow was good and polite but the food suckedddddd
Sandwiches where good but the sides where trash not fresh at all no cheese in the jalapeno bites and mozzarella stick where still cold if it wasn't for the sandwiches would have been a waist of time
We went to BK off of 26 last night, about 12am. After waiting at the speaker for 10+ minutes someone finally greeted us. They said "Welcome to BK where we are sad and broke". We proceeded to order. I ordered a spicy chicken, I was told they don't make them past 10pm. Weird, but okay. I order a burger off of the value menu. I just wanted onions and ketchup, and nothing else. I told the lady this and she said it doesn't come with onion. I politely asked if I could please have onion, and ketchup only. She got really pissed. Justin ordered and it was fine. We get to the window and I asked her again but politely if I could have just onions and ketchup on my sandwich. She slammed the window in my face. We get our food and no onion. What ever. I have never experienced such terrible service!
The cashier greeted us with a smile and was very friendly and professional. My husband had the Ch' king and said that it was the best he had. I had the fish sandwich with onions added to it. I just wish the sandwich had a little more mayo on it.
Got take away at the greenbush Burger King I won't ever go back, it's dirty the bathroom smells like someone died the service was slow & the food was old I couldn't eat it all. I did the surgery on the receipt & never heard from them what good are they. I Won't be back
