We ate here tonight and could not be more disappointed. The boneless chicken was Sam’s Club chicken chunks deep-fried. No flavor whatsoever and all breading. Extra small pieces. Prices have skyrocketed. Paid $6.30 for an order of fries. Plain Jane fries not even loaded. Paying three dollars for beer cheese that wasn’t even all the way full. Closer to half full. Slow service. Will not be back
Very Bad experience from staff at Lafayette Buffalo Wild Wings today. I ordered wings online at 6:18 pm and set up pick up time at 7:40 pm. I reached there around 7:53 pm as my app showed my order is ready to pick. I asked one of the lady staff there about to pick up my order and showed my ID to show my name on it to make it easy for her to find my order. She went inside and came out and replied me it’s not ready yet. When I asked how long it’s take to get ready she replied nothing and her behavior was very rude to me. She kept me waiting for another 20 minutes. When I asked her again about my order status she was leaving her job around 8:20 pm. She replied with frustration on me that “I kept asking them about your order but they did not know.” And she left. Very poor customer services. Very much dissatisfaction and disappointed from BUFFALO WILD WINGS at Lafayette.
First let me start by saying I just left there with my family of 5 and when we walked in there was only one other family of 3 in the restaurant, we stood at the entrance waiting to be seated for almost 10 minutes before having to go hunt down a manager who when found did not even apologize for the wait but was actually extremely rude!!!!! Totally unacceptable!!So when we were finally seated our server was at least friendly. We ordered a bunch of appetizers and 30 wings and drinks. When our order finally came out which took every bit of 20 minutes the mozzarella sticks were cold to the touch and the wings were also cold to the touch!!!!! The fries were okay I guess. The best thing about our meal was the salsa!!!! It was actually pretty good!!When I brought our issues up with the waitress she pretty much dismissed my complaints and said I'll let the cook know. And that was the last I heard of our issue. The check was brought to our table and we were charged for everything even though we did not touch half of our food due to it being cold. And nobody seamed to want to address our concerns with our food!!I did not want to make a seen in the restaurant so I will be calling either a manager or district manager to help me with our issue!! If someone from corporate or some type of management would like to help me with this issue I would greatly appreciate you contacting me!!!!
I love Buffalo Wild Wings, usually, but this location is horrible, and I'd argue that's a compliment.Every time I've ordered pick-up I arrive 5-10 minutes *after* the food was supposed to be done to wait anywhere from 45 minutes to 2 hours before I get my order.Due to the frustration (and need to get home) I forget to check the order before leaving; it's literally wrong every single time.Ask for extra sauce for the wings?Expect the wings to have no sauce.Order dry rub?Expect them to be as plain as possible.I've eaten inside the restaurant twice, both on an slow afternoon; the wait times were similar to ordering pick-up... and the order was also wrong.
I'm usually a pretty patient person, but after being seated I waited 25 minutes before I had enough and left after not having anyone come to my table. I saw others show up and get waited on within a couple of minutes. If I could give zero stars I would. I'll never come back or spend another dime here ever again.
I usually have no complaints but this time I am less satisfied with my experience. I called to make a to go order when I was on Veterans Memorial and they answered and immediately placed me on hold, which I was the whole drive there, which to be fair, is about a 10 minute drive. I got there and made my order in person. There was only one person running the front to host, cashier, and taking calls and bringing out the food for to go orders. I ordered 6 traditional wings and potato wedges. Then I drove home to Clark's Hill and I end up with boneless wings. I called them to let them know and they, again, put me on hold immediately, which I still am. 15 minutes later.
Rude waitresses sat us at the table and got attitude wanting our drink order before we even looked at the menu..took our order..by then someone else took her place and brought our food and was pretty consistent in checking on us.. before we left a I'm guessing was a general manager asked us how we were doing and what we had to eat..

Extremely disappointed in tonight’s service and food. My family of four went there tonight to celebrate my son's 15th birthday (it’s his tradition for the past three years). We were seated promptly and provided our drink orders, and then gave our dinner order after the waitress returned with the drinks. We ordered four dinners (2 burger meals and 2 chicken tenders dishes) and an appetizer - Fried Pickles. After she took our order, she returned to the table to say that they were out of the Naked Tenders - that’s what I ordered - so I told her the breaded were fine. The entrées didn’t take long to arrive, but the appetizer didn’t show up until we reminded her when she brought the rest of our meal. Once the food was on the table, it was clearly unproportional. We all ordered fries but two of the four plates had WAY more fries on them than the others, not to mention they were also cold. My husbands burger was barely warm and the fried pickles were lukewarm at best. The waitress came back around to deliver the bill, while we were eating, she didn’t ask how the food was - I would’ve told her then my disappointment. We finished the meal, stacked our plates and patiently waited 15-20 mins before we were able grab a different servers attention about payment. We tried flagging down our waitress, but she didn’t see us since she was bouncing around between 4 tables - they weren’t very busy at all; it’s Monday evening 6pm with no sports going on. When we handed the other waitress our payment, she told us that she’d make sure she gives it to our waitress and that she was the only one there; but we saw two other ladies bussing the booth behind us (which sat empty and dirty for 30-45 mins), another lady serving a large party while also delivering drinks to another table, and the lady we gave our payment to. After that, it took another 15 mins before she came back to give me back my credit card. All while our dishes remained, neatly stacked and obvious. Like I said, the food was cold and unporportional. The service was sub-par. I ate my meal and was still hungry when we left. When we’re spending $12-15/meal, $70 total before tip, that shouldn’t happen (and I’m not overweight or have a huge appetite). Regardless of my dissatisfaction, we still tipped our waitress 20% because she’s working for a living too, but next time we’ll go to the West Side instead.
Horrible. No one would seat us. Told us they were "holding tables", wouldn't put us on a wait list and kept sitting people before us. Will not go back.
