If u enjoy spending a hour in the bathroom with the poo's blues like u have never known.. wondering if u will live or die. And at times wishing death would come.. This is your place!! Do they add laxatives to the food there? R they trying to increase revenue for the toilet paper company's? If so.. Job well done!
It was fresh, fast, and friendly service. I was never a fan of White Castle until lately. At this location they get it right everytime for us. And the orders are hot and crispy! I could become a fan. Keep up the good work Kokomo.

I've been eating at this White?Castle location in Kokomo, Indiana, for soooooo many years, since the way, way, way back time, when I was just a little child...?✔️ This location has always been solid in service and food quality...?? Sometimes it may take them a while depending on how busy they are and how big the orders might be, but that's no complaint...?...because rest assuredly that the staff is hard at work on keeping up and preparing the next batch of Sliders to fill up your Crave?Case...??
Very very good vibes here. All of the people were great to us,BUT THE BEAUTIFUL CHOCOLATE LADY WITH THE BRAIDS WAS ABOVE AND BEYOND HOSPITABLE. I LOVE TO SEE PEOPLE WITH GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. She deserves to be a team lead of manager...I love her energy!! Love it. This will be my go to White castle. See ya soon
Was still in the middle of my order and forgot to say no onions one the first meal I ordered and before i concluded my order I told them oh and no onions.She responds with we’ve alrdy made them and we will pick them off the best we can. So, the person i brought them back for just threw them away because there were still onions all over them.It’s one thing if i ordered then pulled up but i corrected the order before I even finished.
Have gone here twice in the last couple months. One time they gave us an entirely different order after they repeated our order back to us before handing it to us. Second time I waited 15 minutes for 4 chicken sandwiches and a 9 piece chicken ring and was supposed to have a large fry and onion petals. Same thing they repeated the order to us before handing it to us…wrong again but this time they gave me half the order. Disappointing.
I just went through the drive-thru and I specifically asked for onion petals with ranch and I was assured both times that I got that and when I was driving and opened the bag I found out I got fries instead. And the onion petals were the only reason I went there in the first place. Not happy
Service was so slow. The workers were too occupied about making their food for when they took a break. It took 20 minutes to get my order which was 10 chicken rings and 5 pc mozzarella sticks. And they were very rude to everyone. The cashier was the rudest asking what do you want. I will never go back to there. All the workers there today should be fired.
I can't eat these things like I used to, but it's a fun slide down memory lane whenever I try.....
