They don't get my food wrong too often but I always get lettuce get lettuce riddled throughout the cheese after ordering no lettuce, I get that it falls in there from the gloves and whatnot but I hate having to pick through my food before I eat it. And the lines usually ARE LONG just let you know before you go.
I don't usually review fast food restaurants. I will on this one though because I go here often. As of the last 2 months the service here has been horrible. They say they're open till 3:00 but they've been closing at midnight or 1:00. Half their menu items are not even being cooked. you get the nastiest of attitudes from the employees. I hope they turn around soon.

Really?! Stand at the counter for 5 mins then they come to the counter to say you can't order inside. Sign says dining room open.....lock the door maybe?Then wait in drive through to be told they have no Mexican pizzas yet. Post it on your sign... disappointed ?
The last few times I have bot been able to get Pink Lemonade. I'm not sure why this is, but the main reason I choose Taco Bell is because it is one of the few places that offers Pink Lemonade in town.Drive through can be very slow at times, but food is almost always as expected.
My sister went in and the workers were highly disrespectful towards her. Their cashier went on break and they yelled at her to use the kiosk. Would give zero stars if it were possible.
It was alright I mean could have been better they told me they couldn't do the build your own case unless on the app which is stupid because the app doesn't let you pick a cash option. Soo. Yea
I went here with about 10 other robotics kids for the Kokomo competition and not only was the food great!, but also we all enjoyed the great customer service, they had our food out quick and guess what, it tasted like taco bell :)
I usually check my sack before I even pull away from the drive through but of course, the one I don't, drove all the way home started to unpack the food items and behold they had forgotten my chicken quesadilla and two Doritos locos tacos. Highly disappointed and it wasn't a cheap mistake but with the gas prices I sure-n-he** wasn't driving all the way back to Kokomo
