We like to get cookies here. They can't keep them consistently stocked. It's always a gamble if they have them. They bake them themselves, so there really is no reason to be out of them midday. I can understand closer to closing. To be fair, this is every Subway in Kokomo.
Was sort of slow but experience was fine food was good and I love the new menu and the new items that come with it even though it is a bit confusing
sitting in the drive thru waiting for my order to be taken 20 minutes now circled twice. Are you closed 11:09 sunday i see people in the store. whats the deal
Waited in the drive thru and nobody answered and then went up to the door and it was locked and there was a worker standing there and she saw me and turned around and walked to the back of the building and never opened the door. Not sure why Subway would not be open at 12:17 pm on a Tuesday?
Very disappointed in the service and the speed. Workers kept mumbling how awful it is work there (I don't care that they said it, just maybe keep it away from the paying customers). The place was busy with mobile orders (where was the manager anyway?) but the person making our sandwiches was only working on my 2 sandwiches and took 10 minutes making 2 sandwiches....way too long for working on 2 sandwiches. Didn't even cut them all the way through. I liked this subway because it was near my job but I'll be driving a little farther to another Subway since this one just continues to be a disappointment.
Food is good, but 15 minutes after a text said it was ready and brought to me curbside, I went in to get it.
It's unbelievable that after all this time, a place can't open on time. Their posted hours are 10:00 am. I waited until 10:15.....no luck.I will not be back.I find it very funny that businesses can have terrible service and still blame it on covid.
Usually good food and good service, but the operating hours didn't match what was listed online.
All subways are unique, closing times, friendliness, making the subs to order and cleanliness of the restaurant. Loved this subway! Gary had the cold cut combo, I had the chicken bacon sub. The soup potatoe and broccoli cheese were very good, staff was extremely nice.
Poor experience. I asked for chicken teriyaki. The person making the sandwich put BBQ sauce on it. When I said I'm sorry but I asked for teriyaki he told me "oh well, we put the teriyaki sauce in the bbq sauce bottle." It was actually bbq sauce. Like I thought it was. Then we proceeded to ask for wheat and he gave us 9 grain. Very bad experience.
