Awesome customer service.... Great location... Love the energy and the vibes... They didnt have my two pineapple drinks... But that was fine.... I loved the cashier at the drive thru.. she had a great attitude that made the experience great... The drinks were alright.... But I would definitely recommend
The lady at the window today at 10:20am on July 23 was extremely rude. I order here all the time and I had the worse experience today. I work at a store near by and we all take turns picking up orders for each other. Today I went to get our group order and I have the lady 3 names and she had a fit and was rude. When I pulled to the window she said “ why do you have so many orders? How do I know this is you?” In a snooty manner . I’ve never had this issue. If we don’t order you don’t have a job.
My granddaughter recorded our experience here. Permission was given to do so. Everyone was friendly and respectful about it.We only hit a couple small snags. One, was that she ordered a Unicorn Cake Pop but they forgot to give it to us until we went asking for it, which they promptly did, and the other was that the person that took our order, heard her name wrong, which I believe happens rather often.Not too big of a deal. Would have been 5 stars otherwise. The building is nice and seems well kept. The staff was very friendly.I won't be posting the video experience, given it is a 9 year old doing the recording. She had fun doing it though. Pictures pulled from the video added.
I ordered the gummy bear drink - lemonade grande w/3 shots of raspberry pumps. It was very refreshing..not too sweet or sour.Fyi-their raspberry is clear so it will look plain. But taste is amazing Perfect summer drink. Quick service...friendly staff

Their service and standards are terrible. Nobody seems to know what they are doing and my drink is wrong EVERY TIME. Im just thankful that this time they got my extra espresso shots.
The mobile app let me order a drink that they aren't actually able to make, so they offered me something similar, and it was really good! They seemed really busy but the service was still very good.
The woman at this store had an attitude and kept giving me dirty looks and I literally watched her point at my name and say “there she is” and then she tried to say after that I ordered at the other store … the other store wasn’t taking online orders at the time …I always take screen shots of my order bc of past issue… they changed my order to the other store which means the manager had to help do that … so MAKE SURE YOU ARE SCREEN SHOT your order location at the store!! Sent screen shots to corporate!
Took my son for his vary fist time. He loved it so now we go everyday. The service was great and the people were awesome.
After repeating my order multiple times, they still got it incorrect. Florian, when told I ordered a Frappuccino, rolled her eyes, like it was disrespectful I told her I ordered something different.. as she walked away, in a very bothered tone said, give my a minute to remake it. I said no bother. Maybe take yourself out of customer service if you can’t take having to do your job correctly without an attitude.
