Love their fries!!! Tried the BBQ Mother Cruncher Chicken Sandwich, which was wonderful!! Had great flavor, was an awesome size Sandwich, & loaded with (tomato, cheese, bacon, lettuce) goodies. Only problem was with the Spicy Chicken sandwich I ordered for hubby. It tasted fine, but it was, so small. I would need to order 2 Spicy Chicken Sandwiches to equal 1 Mother Cruncher Sandwich. That's how small they were. Updating your menu is great, but perhaps it's worth updating your original menu item's, too. Make them just as good as your new item's coming out.
I stopped in 2 days in a row for an ice cream cone and was taken care of immediately by Jennifer and Christina... You gals keep up the great work and the amazing way you treat your customers...
Awesome food loved the fries food always seems fresh
Went here because they usually have really quick and good food. Waited five minutes before they even took our order and there was 2 cars ahead of us one left before even ordering I'm assuming for the wait. Then they tell me that their ice cream machines down for the night but they don't close for another few hours. When we finally order they say that it's gonna be a minute and asked us to pull around to the other window which is fine but then we waited for another 15 minutes when we got our food the mot. Sticks were cold and so were the fries I do not recommend this rallys go to the other one if you want rallys they are 10 times better.
Good food just like I remembered 15 years ago when I last visited that location when visiting friends
The only thing I see that is good at this place as their fries I've been noticing the last few years I'll stop maybe but the meat does not look completely cooked and that's been different rallies and different types of sandwiches
Not that it matters. Should have looked at the reviews before I went. Cold food. Missing sauce for mozzarella sticks. Dry fried cheese sticks. Yum. Spend $40 on garbage. Won’t be back. Close this place down. Chicken is $9 for flat frozen fried. Not fresh like in the photos.
Order is never messed up, doesn't take long to get food. They work very quickly and it's hot. I've never had a problem with this store!
Ridiculous slow service- there was a car that had ordered that pulled out of line due to it taking so long -- 2 stars for the food
Big fan of Rally's though some in Indianapolis are lacking in quality. This one however gets 5. Food was cooked and service was quick, despite the lack of staff most places are dealing with these days.
