They run out of things A LOT. Frozen strawberry lemonade runs out constantly and I've been several times when they didn't have MILD chicken available, then only had breasts and wings and it wasn't even high flow times like lunch or dinner. But when available it all tastes great

The chicken sandwich has changed since they first opened this location. When they first opened you got a real piece of chicken that fit the entire bun. Now you get what looks like the processed chicken sandwich you used to get in school that doesn't even cover the bun and it just wasn't as good as it used to be. So I won't be ordering it again or I'll just go back to Indianapolis because you still get the real chicken sandwich there!!

I had never tried Popeye's Chicken, and finally had the opportunity, tonight.I thought the chicken was very good. It wasn't greasy, and had great flavor...but that wasn't the best part! The best part was the great and friendly service. In a time that coworkers are difficult to find, they somehow found a wonderful staff!Kudos to Popeye's!I'll be back.

Went through during grand opening and service was as expected even friendlier than expected. Went again on Saturday March 19th and this was a horrible experience. I placed a mobile curbside order from the official website. I arrive, park, and check in. I waited nearly an hour and still had no food. I attempted to go inside to pick up my order but the dining room was overflowing. I went back out and circled through the drive thru. When they asked for my order I explained I'd been waiting quite some time on my mobile order. The answer I received was they "don't do curbside orders". I still had my confirmation pulled up on my phone so I was very confused at this point. I asked if she knew what had happened with my order as I had just paid $65 for food I'm told is not there. She then "found" my order and when she rudely shoved the bag through my open window she again groaned that they don't offer curbside. The receipt she handed me says "curbside mobile order" and even describes my vehicle as to identity me for a curbside order. She slammed the drive thru window as I asked if I was going to get my coke and she never returned. I had to wait there for another employee to notice me and ask what was missing. Rather than say ok and prepare my coke the new face said to me "did you order a coke". Even after this I had to provide my receipt and prove that I had ordered a large coke. Once I made it home I discovered I had even been shorted my French fries. I didn't bother calling the store as the associates I had already met were very rude and did not offer an apology.

The staff was very nice and patient. The guy was new to working there he was learning, and the manager was really nice with helping him and explaining the register. He was polite and explained he was new. I definitely understand and do have patients with people who are in training

Managers at this location should be proud of their staff. I went to the Popeyes in Carmel, IN 2 years ago and I haven’t been back. My husband and I were up this weekend visiting family and he suggested we give Popeyes another chance. I’m glad we did. Everyone at this location was polite and helpful. The food tasted fresh and delicious. Best overall fast food experience we have had in a very long time.

This is our first time here and let me tell you they are SLOW! we have been for 35 minutes and still NO order. Drive through is moving great but to go in and order, don’t bother. The food better be worth it or this is the LAST and ONLY time you’ll have our business!

Great experience on our most recent visit. On our first visit we were disappointed with food that tasted saturated with old grease/oil. But we decided to give them one more shot and were so glad we did. Our sandwiches and popcorn shrimp were hot, crispy and delicious. Same for the fries. Red beans and rice and mashed potatoes were excellent. Biscuit was hot and soft.

Was super excited to get a new flavor in our small townYet spending $20+ for two chicken strip meals, then biting into huge pieces of gristle or pieces that are pure breading. Church's is definitely a superior chicken joint. Tried 3 times, always gristle riddled white meat, no thank you. Would not return to nor recommend Kokomo Popeyes.

This place has struggled from day 1. Thought maybe it would get better after all the excitement about the new restaurant calmed down. Then today we ordered a 5pc chicken tender box, they gave our dasher a 3pc & when our door dasher told them about it to correct it, the worker thought it would be appropriate behavior to just tear off the top of the box & throw the missing tenders in. Bad workers are why places go downhill & get shut down. This is unacceptable behavior! 1-29-22 between 1pm & 2pm
