My pizza was there when I arrived. The woman serving me smiled at me. Smiling is everything to a customer.
Went in to get order was told they never received it. Employee was on a facebook call with his gf and refused to help us resolve the issue. Asked for the store manager and was told he was at home and didn't want to call him. Had to call corporate and then ask for the store manager again. He finally called the store manager who showed up and had an attitude the whole time. He showed that there was no credit card purchases on his system. Corporate refunded the money and we decided it was best to eat somewhere else due to our experience with the issue. I order from this pizza hut all the time and do carryout being as I live 2 minutes from there but I'm highly disappointed from this experience.
I love a good pan pizza from pizza hut but their prices have gone up too high the last few months. This location makes good pizza tho
We are in town for a funeral. We ordered delivery and Kara took our call as well as delivered the order. Everything was great and Kara was awesome!
Ordered pizza on 4/23 about 9pm. I am allergic to onions, can not eat raw or cooked onions at all, 1 bite and my mouth and throat are swelling and off to the ER I go. Last night not only were there onions on my pizza but nice big brown hairs, not just 1 but a few. Now I have really red hair, these hairs were in the cheese, on top and even pinned in by the white box holder. Called the manager and he said yep sounds about right my line cook has been messing ip all night. Wasted 20 bux for nothing. They did offer to remake but by the time the new pizza got here it was almost 11pm n to late to eat it. So a waste of money and just was so upset gave up on dinner last night. Jake told me I would have to come into the store today for a refund so we will see how that goes. So disappointed.
We’ve had a consistently great experience at our Center road Pizza Hut. Mainly delivery and carry out, but the food is hot, fresh, and good every time. Keep up the good work! ??

In this instance, I requested contactless curbside delivery. I sat in my car and waited, while others went inside the store, got their pizza and left. I finally had to just go inside myself too, to get my pizza. That was my only complaint. Pizza was good as usual. Thanks.
