Used to eat there but after our last experience we wont go back. Ordered a sub with extra meat. It cost $10.00 and Maybe had 2 ozs. of meat on one end. The other end was all peppers.. Not much bigger than a hot dog.
Crying tears of joy!Customer service ON POINT! Friendly, kind, helpful sales but not pushy. Greeting me when I walked in and the cashier was great! So were the cook and other kitchen crew members. Told them it was my first time and they answered all my questions and gave me a big welcome!When I finally got to my sub. This is where the tears came! At first I said this thing is slim (I got a 6in) but when I bit into it I tasted all the delicious ingredients and every thought went from my head except THIS IS GREAT! The meat was so tasty and well cooked. I got a Philly by the way. Man oh man was it filling! The fires are decent. Love the texture of them for sure. Their simple and I like that too. The lemonade was ON POINT! I will be visiting again soon! I signed up to be a member!
We had a great Valentines Day quick lunch. The staff was friendly and Ashley went above and beyond. We had cheesesteak sandwiches & the best fries. 10/10 would recommend and will return.
Gross! We found hairs in our sandwiches and the workers looked like they never shower. I waited in line for 20 min while the girl running the cash register flirted with another employee instead of helping customers.
FANTASTIC customer service at the Kokomo location! In addition to offering free cookies to our kids, the staff had a Christmas tree with presents for the kids to grab on their way out. Everyone was so kind!And I haven’t even mentioned the food - I’ve yet to find a Philly cheesesteak that tops Penn Station’s. It’s THAT good!
Prices are a bit high. Sandwiches are nothing exciting for the price paid. Fries are VERY expensive, so I did not order them. Staff behind the counter are very nice. Saw the manager (perhaps franchise owner) he watched the workers like a hawk, did nothing, and absolutely would not move out of customers way. Stood there and made people walk around him. It's a small pathway from order to pickup, and he's not a small dude. The person in charge set the tone for me, I won't return. Only reason I didn't rate one star was the staff. They were great. Everything else was not good. First PS experience, and will be the last.
Worst customer service sandwich makers in all of Penn Station. Almost $10 for a wrap that is all she’ll hardly any meat in it. $10 for the shell and pizza sauce. I’m over this place and given you guys 3 different chances. You people can keep my point I won’t be back. One star cause the make me choose at least one star. Didn’t deserve it for sure
Horrible serviceWaited for 10 minutes at online order station. I got a cheesecake with mushrooms extra cheese extra Mayo and was far from that. I am very disappointed with this company

I ordered a Philly cheese steak , it was ok, not a lot of meat and was too expensive.
